We have just spent a wonderful week at Le Peyrat. Tracy worked incredibly hard every morning behind the scene, cleaning the pool and ensuring everything was in tip top order. We stayed as a 3-generation family of 11, our ages ranging between 8 and 70, and we all had the best time! The house was spotless when we arrived. Tracy was a great host.

Tracey was an excellent host. Very helpful with recommendations for local activities. Attentive to making sure the pool was in good condition. It was an excellent place to stay with 3 generations of the family. The air-conditioning was a bonus as the weather was very hot. Good place for a family stay and excellent boulangerie within walking distance. Quiet location on the edge of the village and large grounds to explore. Thank you.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as advertised and Tracy was a great host. Quick to reply to any questions and issues that came up. The places to visit and eat that she recommended were great. Would thoroughly recommend getting Marc the chef to come in and cook for you. The rooms were all lovely and a good size with en suites. The pool was lovely even with the slight issues caused by the heatwave and recent fires had caused some algae, Tracy came in regularly to get on top of it.

This villa is absolutely lush! It has everything you could think of - especially with two young children. The ensuite for each bedroom is great and the kitchen is so well equipped.Tracy's communication was second to none and she really cares about your stay.We had a night with the private chef (Marc) which was next level - definitely recommend it!The pool was dreamy - so nice it's heated for a chilly day and Tracy takes really good care of it.

We stayed here, 10 people from age 8 months to 45 years and every single person could enjoy the stay! The pool and playing area was great for the kids, kitchen and social areas perfect for our families and Tracy is the best host 🙏 Higly recommended

A superb family holiday home

Tracy, the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The farmhouse was delightful with everything you could possibly need, and the heated pool a big plus!

Wonderful place to stay with family.The pool and huge garden were great for the kids (well, for everyone really!).Lovely outdoor spaces and a great barbecue.Kitchen and dining area are large and very well equipped.Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with nice towels and linens provided.Lounge area was large and comfortable - but all of the outdoor space is so lovely we hardly spent any time inside.Tracy is a great host - very helpful and easy to communicate with.Recommend Le Peyrat very very highly!

Fantastic holiday home.

As a family of 9 with a toddler, this was the perfect place. Everything we could have possibly wanted was there for all of us. Tracy is a wonderful host - she was super helpful and attentive. We have had a magical holiday and highly recommend.

Lovely location, plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and one child aged 2. Lots of toys both inside and out. We booked chef Marc for an anniversary celebration which was superb. All in all a great family holiday.

We had a super stay. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the farmhouse. It has everything we need and more. Was wanting to book the really big pluses with a heated swimming pool and the new . All the family enjoyed it. Tracy was an excellent host very helpful and available whenever needed.

60th wedding Anniversary

Brilliant family accommodation, very spacious and very well equipped. Huge enclosed grounds and excellent swimmiing pool. Tracy our host was always on hand as and when we had queries about the house or local amenities and her recommendation about Buckets resturant was particularly a boost.

Great holiday villa

Had a great 2 weeks here. The house was perfect for two families, with excellent kitchen and living room and en suites in all but one room. Good pool and grounds but most important - the owner couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, not only day to day but also literally going the extra mile when our car broke down. Can definitely recommend.

Fand wine of Bordeau

A great property,very comfortable,needs a little TLC. Very well equiped kitchen,a great fridge,we had lovely evenings in front of the fire with our after dinner aperitif. A very relaxing oasis ,we all had great sleeps. Convienient location for exploring the Bordeau area. Easy train connection to Bordeau city,and very close to a great supermarket in Montpon. We had a great time.

Absolutely wonderful

We all had such an amazing stay here in the barn house ! The sights to see were incredible here and the wine experiences we endured during our stay made it ! A wonderful place for a nice holiday with one large family or two families

A wonderful place for a nice holiday with one large family or two families. A well equipped accommodation! Lots of toys present outside and inside (diapers, role playing clothes, cars, books etc.). The hostess is taking excellent care of the pool. Lovely markets in the surrounding area, wine tastings in nearby chateaus and the wonderful landscape ensured we enjoyed ourselves. We would like to come back!

Beautiful house in the country

The property was lovely and spacious, plenty of space for 6 adults and three roaming toddlers. Beautiful setting with large garden and clean warm gated pool, with loads of garden toys to keep the kids (and adults!) entertained. Tracy was so welcoming, always available but never intrusive. We had a wonderful get together after two years of not being able to holiday. Thanks so much for a great stay!

A very fully equipped country house with surrounding terraces and seating areas that can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The owner lives nearby and is not only very friendly but also very helpful when asked. In the bedrooms, with the number of 3 sockets per bedroom is a bit limited and three double beds are only 140 cm wide, where nowadays 160 cm is more or less the standard. As 5 couples, we really enjoyed our week and used more or less all the amenities such as the heated pool during the day and the wood-burning stove in the evening, and say a big thank you to the owner Tracey for all of that !!!

Excellent house, grounds and facilities

Tracy provided us with a perfect house, grounds and facilities for our family holiday. All 6 adults, one 18 yr old and 3 children (10, 8, 5) had a wonderful time. The house was exceptional, very comfortable and overly provided with dining-kitchenware and utensils; wonderful pool and grounds for us to all chase around.......the work involved in preparing everything for the next guests is very extensive and Tracy is to be congratulated on such a high standard. Highly recommended.

A nice and pleasant house. Check in and Check out were very fast and friendly

It's a wide and pleasant house, situated in a very nice rural region. There are minor problems of maintenance. Generally speaking the house is comfortable, very well equipped. And all for a fair price. The owner Ms. Tracy is very sympathetic and happy to help.
