We live in Atlanta and found this property, I designed the house with our builder and it was ready to move in 2005. We are a busy family of four and love going up to our house to get away from the 4MM people in Atlanta.
Why Chris chose Topton
I designed the house for rental and vacation, my wife decorated for our 2nd house and retirement location. You will see that she never really wanted to rent it, and put a lot of time in the decor in the house. The view is AMAZING and I can promise you that it will be 'even better than the pictures' We love the pace and the rustic feel of the area. The walk to the the boat area is close given the steep mountain lake terrain, but you are truly in the woods when you are at our house.
