In a green setting, facing the sea, on the heights of the cliff of Trouville, discover this authentic Swedish chalet of 72 m2 and its outbuilding of 35 m2.
Located in a private park with direct access to a wild beach, and 2 km from the center of Trouville-Deauville this place is a haven of peace.
In the huge garden facing the sea, you can relax on the deckchairs, lunch or dinner outside and contemplate beautiful sunsets right in front of you!

Housing
The main chalet 72m2 completely renovated, offers contemporary comfort. It has an open kitchen with central island fully equipped, overlooking a large living room open plan.
This living area includes a dining table for 6 or 8 people, a large corner sofa bed with coffee table, a flat screen TV and a fireplace.
The chalet has a spacious master bedroom with double bed of 180, wardrobes and television. A bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Separate toilets.

In against the garden, is an annex of about 35 m2 completely independent wood. Ideal for a couple with 2 children or to delight adolescents in search of independence.
Lulled by the sound of the waves and the sea, this mini chalet is composed of a small corner "kitchen", two rooms with single bed (90 and 120), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with double bed 140, more storage.

At your disposal: barbecue and garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol), ping-pong table, table football and pétanque games.
Parking in the garden for at least 4 to 6 vehicles.
Free Wifi in the main chalet.

Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful time at the house (4 adults and 2 teenagers). The property is beautiful, the kitchen has everything you need. Nice comfortable beds. Just a few minutes walk to the cliffs. Paradise

A lovely wooden house with a huge garden. A fabulous sunset every night. Just the most beautiful, peaceful spot in a gated enclave. Five minutes to steps down to an unspoilt beach (painted by Eugene Boudin). Ancient Honfleur is just 15 minutes away, Trouville-sur-Mer and Deauville a five minute drive. Refreshed and restored.

Petit coin de paradis très chaleureux

Tout comme son propriétaire Dom, ce chalet est très chaleureux. L'endroit rêvé pour cocooner, profiter du paysage et se ressourcer. La mer devant soi, les arbres qui imitent un bruit de pluie et l'intimité ambiante. On se sent bien dans cet environnement très douillet. Le lit est très confortable et l'ambiance générale des lumières est très appréciable le soir. La journée on ouvre tout et on profite du spectacle, le soir on choisit son ambiance ! A l'intérieur, on ne manque jamais de rien. Après une petite marche on peut rejoindre les escaliers pour rejoindre une magnifique plage qui offre des tableaux époustouflants à la tombée du jour. J'ai vraiment apprécié ce séjour, et j'y retournerai. Je note la gentillesse de Dom, sa générosité encore une fois et sa disponibilité. Merci pour tout !

Secluded location with wonderful views

Location was amazing with lots of privacy. The views are outstanding. There is a lovely pathway to a wilder beach that has access to everywhere except two hours around high tide. Check the tides each day and plan your trip to town accordingly and you will have a majestic daily walk to town. In town, we enjoyed the fish market every day and would pick up groceries for the day at the monoprix. Walking into town is much easier than trying to find parking in town. If the tides are a problem, there is also a path that leads to the sidewalk of the road into town for a lovely walk that route. We visited Mont St Michel (a must see), Omaha beach Normandy sites, Eterat (also a must see) and Giverney (Moneta house and gardens). The location of the house was perfect to spend the day in town or to do a day trip. Will will definitely return.

Chalet im Grünen mit Meerblick

Das modern eingerichtete Chalet mit Nebengebäude und befindet sich auf einem weitläufigen Grundstück in einem privaten Park ca. 2km vom Ortszentrum Trouville entfernt. Bis zum Naturstrand (nur bei Ebbe vorhanden) sind es ca. 300m Fußweg über einen Treppenabgang. Das Haupthaus ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch entsprach die Sauberkeit nicht den Erwartungen in dieser Preisklasse. Das Nebengebäude sollte erst nach einer Renovierung und Grundreinigung wieder vermietet werden. Dazu wäre auch die Installation eines Insektenschutzes für die Fenster wünschenswert. Insgesamt eine schöne und ruhige Ferienunterkunft mit außergewöhnlichem Ausblick.

Traumhaft schöne Lage

Das Objekt liegt direkt am Meer oberhalb einer kleinen Steiküste. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik. Wir haben 2 sehr entspannte Wochen hier verbracht. Die beiden Ferienhäuser sind super ausgestattet, da der Vermieter Dominik das Objekt selbst oft nutzt. Er ist sehr nett, spricht engl. und franz. In der Nähe (5 min. Auto, 30min. bei Ebbe am Strand) ist eine wirklich schöne kleine Stadt Trouville mit alten Fachwerkhäusern, einem Markt(2x Woche), kleinen netten Geschäften usw. Am besten hat uns der tägl. Fischmarkt gefallen, wo man bei einem leckeren Weißwein gleich alles probieren kann. Trouville eignet sich hervorragend, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

Lieu manifique pour vacances familiales.

Quatre jours dans un coin calme avec vue sur mer et les changements de couleurs et lumieres en permanence. Extraordinaire! Maison bien equipee et comfortable, annexe plus rustique. Nous avons eu beau temps donc baignade tous les jours a la plage sauvage, escalier raide pour y acceder par contre, difficile pour personnes ages. En tout, tres bon sejour, a recommander.
