Stay in the heart of downtown, minutes from the Pearl! There's something for everyone—from Fun (air hockey, calf roping, corn hole, board games, etc.) to Relaxation (high-speed WiFi, 60 inch Smart TV, in-home Massages) to Convenience (close to everything!). A full kitchen, outdoor grill & coffee bar await your arrival. Kid & Dog friendly!

This home offers luxury living near all the action! Bedrooms are arranged for ultimate privacy and comfort:

- 2 Rollaway beds available (upon request)
** Both are twin-sized with six inch memory foam mattresses, extremely comfortable.
- Pocket doors isolate this room from the living room & kitchen

SLEEPING
To ensure a peaceful night's sleep, each bedroom is equipped with double pane windows, a Dohm sound machine, blackout curtains, fan, and complimentary ear plugs.

- Both bathrooms offer shampoo, conditioner and body soap. A Poopourri spray bottle also sits atop each commode!

CHILDREN
- Pack 'n Play provided
- 2 Clip-on high chairs (for the eat-in kitchen island)
- Child plates, cups, utensils
- Toys & books provided for Ages 0-5+ (Older kids enjoy the Air Hockey table, board games & activities.) While the house isn't "child proof", we have tried to make it as kid friendly as possible.

For your peace of mind, the property is fully-fenced and offers off-street tandem parking in our gated driveway. A security system is also in use. We have three exterior cameras for our property, as it's vacant from time-to-time. Cameras cover the front porch (doorbell camera), front yard and back yard. The Nest doorbell blinks white when activity is detected.

We are licensed by the City of San Antonio & Bexar County, which charges a Hotel Occupancy Tax. If you see added fees to your total, it's due to these mandatory taxes.

Government Hill is one of San Antonio's oldest neighborhoods. This tightly-knit community is close to EVERYTHING Downtown: Pearl, the Alamo, Riverwalk, Convention Center, San Antonio Zoo, Museums, Trinity University, UIW, Alamo Heights, the AT&T Center & more! It's less than 9 minutes to the Airport, without traffic.

It's integrally linked to Fort Sam Houston; in fact, you can often hear "Taps" from the front porch. Most Government Hill residents have owned their homes for generations; ours is the only rental on the block. The neighborhood is a mix of old historic mansions, newly updated homes (like ours), and some that are in need of TLC.
