Comfortable apartment renovated on canal, air conditioning, wifi

Come and discover the Singular Island! City, beach, culture but also gastronomy, there is so much to discover.

Apartment in the immediate vicinity of the city center, very well located, refurbished, and fully equipped, crossing, and bright.
Functional, you will appreciate its view of the canals from your sofa thanks to its large picture window.
The apartment is located on the quay. It is on the 2nd floor with elevator, in a small quiet condominium.
All the furniture and equipment are new.

The apartment consists of:
- a fully equipped kitchen open to living room
- a living room equipped with a sofa bed (a real bed - thick new mattress - rapido system - 140 * 200) overlooking the furnished balcony (table + chairs). You will enjoy the panoramic view of the canals and Mont Saint Clair.
- a bright bedroom (queen size bed with new mattress in 160 * 200), with integrated cupboard, open onto a loggia, not overlooked.
- a bathroom with sink and shower cubicle, as well as a towel dryer,
- a separate toilet.

Comfortable apartment thanks to the following equipment:

It has been a very pleasant stay.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Only the kitchen needs some further items like pans and pots. The apartment is very well situated at the habour which enables fantastic views in the morning and at night. Thank you to Ghislaine for helping us to find everything.

Un appartement propre bien situé entre le Bassin de Thau et la Méditerranée, près du centre-ville avec les magasins et les restaurants. Le garage est très utile. Le logement est bien équipé. Dommage que l'immense téléviseur rapétisse la salle de séjour et que les chaises soient si dures.

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich.Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.Es entsprach alles genau wie beschrieben .Wir wurden bei Ankunft sehr nett von Ghislaine empfangen die uns alles gezeigt und erklärt hat.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt .Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts der Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb.Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen.viviane

Well located nice flat

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit schönem Blick auf die Kanäle, dadurch etwas laut, dafür aber mitten im Leben, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, für 4 Personen vlt. etwas zu wenig Platz. Ein- und Auschecken war ganz unkompliziert. Die Privatgarage ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Von Sète aus kann man sehr viel unternehmen. Eine große Auswahl an Restaurants laden mittags wie abends mit viel lokalen, frischem Fisch und Meerresfrüchten, Gerichten zum Verweilen ein. Eine Empfehlung für die Wohnung gebe ich gerne

Fijn appartement op geweldige locatie

Verblijf was perfect. Appartement is precies als op de foto's, netjes en volledig, fijn balkonnetje dat uitkijkt over het kanaal, lift aanwezig. Complete keukenuitrusting en goed bed. Heel centraal gelegen op loopafstand van winkels en restaurants. Goede wifi.

Cet appartement est vraiment parfait pour la visite de Sete et des environs. Situé à 400m d"un centre ville très vivant. Le plus c est le garage compris dans la location. Je rajoute aussi le calme du quartier.

Sete au bord du canal

Très bel appartement. Bien agencé et très agréable. Tout est parfait. Je le recommande et je conserve l'adresse pour un prochain séjour. Belle vue sur le canal et à côté de la gare et de tous les commerces et du centre ville.

Confortable mais très bruyant.

Appartement bien équipé, chambre confortable. Rien ne manque. Par contre l'endroit est extrêmement bruyant. Pas en centre ville mais près du pont de pierre où beaucoup de passage de voitures et autres véhicules . Le petit "balcon " n'est pas aménagé pour la détente. Bref un endroit idéal pour découvrir Sète durant une semaine mais non pour un long séjour.
