Room 1 (master bedroom/bath) has two queen beds. It is located on the third floor of the house and has ocean views. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower/tub combo, sink, and toilet.

Room 2 has a queen bed and is located on the 3rd floor. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower, sink, and toilet.

Room 3 has a twin bed. It is located on the first floor and has a door leading to the backyard. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower, sink, and toilet.

We are available by phone, text to assist with anything needed during your stay. We love hosting and look forward to making your stay as comfortable as possible.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better — just one block from the beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was fantastic! Very cute and spacious. There are a lot of stairs (3 stories) but the space and amenities are the best! Kitchen was great for cooking and sharing conversations around the big island. Appreciated the snacks! Would definitely book again!!!

The condo was easy to find and in a great location. Walking distance to shopping and the beach. You come into the condo on the ground level where there is one bedroom with a bathroom. Up a flight of stairs is the main living area with powder room. Up another flight of stairs is two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire house was spotless. It’s minimally furnished (no dressers) and the kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again.

Perfect for a family getaway!

We enjoyed staying here and will hopefully be able to book again! We were in town for a wedding Thursday and wanted to stay the weekend. This was the perfect house for my family (me and my husband, his brother and wife, and his grandmother). We had plenty of space and were thrilled to be so close to the beach.

Great Duplex in heart of Jax Beach

Clean, clean and clean can only describe this centrally located well maintained property in the heart of JAX Beach. Walking distance to night life and the pier are a huge plus. Bring your surfboard when surfs up great break right by the pier. Check in and our super easy, Nomad sets the standard for making VRBO easy. Check out the Refinery for fine dinning.

Perfect for the Donna

We came for our annual family trip to run the Donna race and this was one of our favorite properties we’ve stayed at this far. We had to add a night last minute and bring our pups and the owners were beyond accommodating and communicative. One block from the beach and kid friendly (we had a 2yr old and an infant). Perfect house, perfect location

This house was even better in person than in pictures (believe it or not)! The house was so clean and well decorated. Everyone was raving about how beautiful it was. I am a local and booked the house to enjoy the beach with friends and it was the PERFECT location. Extremely close to the beach and every restaurant, bar or store you would need to get to at the beach. I absolutely recommend this house for a perfect “stay-cation” or vacation!

Close to everything and VERY clean!

My family was in town for Thanksgiving and stayed at this lovely property. For the price we paid, we were very excited to have rented this duplex. The place was very clean, had the right amount of space for the five of us, and could not be in a better location. It is very close to the beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. There is parking for four cars plus a single-car garage, which we did not use. We will surely be back.

The Nomad Hospitality Team was a breeze to work with. Great location to beautiful beaches. Seriously a 2 minute walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and more from beach towels to nice pillows. Super clean. Very quick responses from the team. Walking distance to restaurants and bars! The house was lovely and clean! Incredibly easy to access the beach. Renters with infants: I was a little hesitant to rent this three story house with a mobile infant, however the listing stated baby gate. I should have paid more attention to gate being singular. This house has a lot of stair and only one gate was provided. Theoretically you would need 4 gates to blocked off the stairs. We did find an additional one in the garage, but it was very dusty. Still a great house but just keep this in mind if you have a mobile infant or toddler unfamiliar with stairs.
