Can you get closer to heaven when in Ruidoso, probably not. Open concept home with two living spaces for two separate families, if needed. The first floor boasts a large master bedroom with bath and pass through fireplace. The family room and kitchen has magnificent views of Sierra Blanca and 3-sided fireplace. French doors lead to the brilliant deck and views as you grill dinner, catch happy hour and watch the setting sun. There also on the first floor is a second bedroom with adjacent bath making it convenient for those that can't navigate stairs. Travel downstairs to another great room with fireplace and kitchen, deck to enjoy the trees and views. In addition, two bedrooms and large game room awaits allowing for the kids to play without disturbing the serenity of the view and peacefulness of paradise.

The house is large and has amazing views. There was ample cooking supplies and things were in good working order. Great location - close to downtown area. Could use a little updating but that was minor.

25th Anniversary get away !

Wonderful and warm home- stunning view of the Sierra Blanca Mountains- thought the wrap around fireplace in the bedroom/bathroom was a romantic touch to the home !! Would highly recommend this place and would stay again !!

We've been going up to Ruidoso for 30+ years, both owning and staying at about 15-20 rentals over those years. This one was arguably the best rental! It was a great place to stay and a great time! A big thanks to them!

Beautiful Views, beautiful home, beautiful vacation

We stayed here for a surprise birthday party. This house has breathtaking views and we could have sat on the balcony the whole trip and enjoyed, but we went mountain biking, shopping, exploring, eating local cuisine and enjoying every moment. The house was close to everything we needed for a perfect 4 day getaway. We will stay here again!

This properties location and view were perfect for our family. We enjoyed family time together on the balcony watching sunrises and sunsets making memories together. They layout of the house gave our family the space needed for each of us.

Beautiful house and spectacular view!

This house was perfect for our family get together. Beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed spending time out on the deck by the firepit enjoying the beautiful mountain vistas. The owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! She gave us recommendations on places to eat and tips on fishing. We would definitely recommend!

Rave Review for Ruidoso Vacay!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the top deck is also absolutely gorgeous! We had 11 family members so we decided to cook most meals, and the kitchen was fully equipped to do that. Oh, plus the grill on the deck handled some meals too! We loved the fire pit on the deck each evening. The beds and couches accommodated all of us and were quite comfortable. The ping pong table was an added bonus, plus pickle ball courts were not far! The location and accommodations were excellent!!

Little Piece of Paradise!

Beautiful views, comfy beds, great accommodations, especially in the kitchen. Easy access to town. The kids loved all the room downstairs and also playing with the complimentary toy box! The hummingbirds were abundant and we found a feeder in the garage that we used to give some nectar to drink and they were beautiful to watch! The hosts go above and beyond to provide a home that feels just like home! Thank you very much! The worst part of the trip is driving back home which is 9 1/2 hours away!

Amazing Weekend for Old Friends

A group of us (friends for over 50+ years) decided we would all go on a weekend trip for fun and relaxation. We needed the perfect house and we were so blessed to have found it! Pete's Place was warm, cozy, clean and beautiful. The views were unbelievable, up high, with a great view of the mountains below and the stars above. There were (6) of us and we had plenty of room to gather for dining, movie watching, and great conversation. It was also nice to be able to wonder throughout the house and find quiet areas for some alone time. House is exceptionally decorated, just beautiful! We will be back! This house is set up perfectly for a large family! The kitchen is fully stocked with almost anything you need, beds are very comfortable, AND THE VIEWS ARE TO DIE FOR! We have stayed in many VRBO’s but this was one of the best!

Why they chose this property

Our home allows privacy if traveling with multiple people or families, however is cozy enough for just two people. There are multiple family/living areas which all include majestic views of Sierra Blanca, multiple fire-places for ultimate coziness and of course the necessary and absolute joy of al fresco dining and gathering. Easy access to the Village, skiing, hiking, fishing, boating - all outdoor activities. There is no better view than from our unobstructed birds-eye balconies.

What makes this property unique

Tree-top location with majestic and unobstructed views. Easy pull in circular parking for multiple cars including a garage. Quiet upscale neighborhood. Centrally located. New outdoor deck furniture and upstairs family room. Smart TV's, gaming capability, ping-pong table in garage and fastest internet available in Ruidoso convenient which is necessary for working at home. Not traveling because of Covid?
