The room was great! Clean and as described. The pool and hot tubs were amazing, parking was easy and close. We also really enjoyed the resort, seeing the geothermal features, the little bakery, the lounge and the little garden/walking area.

Great Experiene

The room was great and the service was amazing. Kyle reached out after we made the reservation to make sure we knew everything we needed to know about our stay. We will definitely choose to rent from them again!

Awesome!

It was great and nice and so much fun! Only thing I'd suggest is more towels and a garbage besides the tiny bathroom one! And we didn't have any garbage sacks to replace the garbage! Or if we did I was unable to find them. But other than that is great! Thanks for letting us stay!

Nice room, but...

The room is nice, well decorated. We would have loved to have had a microwave and a trash can in the room (there is only a tiny one in the bathroom). Aside from that, it was a good room. That being said, I would not stay at the Zermatt resort again. Their website is almost entirely false advertising. The staff is unresponsive and unhelpful. The only nice part of the resort was the pool and the bakery.
