House of 1987 on a plot of 1500 sqm with an infinity pool (when there is no shortage of water) of 11m x 5m. House with 1 floor mezzanine, 2 bedrooms closed by level, 1 toilet per level, equipment: 1 washing machine, 1 freezer, 1 fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. outside: 1 ping pong table, 1 gas barbecue, 1 charcoal barbecue, on the edge of the field a basketball hoop. A petanque field nearby. I provide equipment for ping pong, basketball, petanque balls. Childcare equipment available: 2 cots, 2 140x70 berths, 1 changing table, 1 high chair, 1 WC gear. Otherwise see the pictures.

Comfortable spacious villa for quiet vacation

Very comfortable villa with clean, tidy garden and large private swimming pool. Location near foot paths offering beautiful views in the valley of Creuse river. Friendly and helpful host.Highly recommended place for quiet vacation.

Another Brilliant Stay

Our second stay here and just as good as the first time. Clean, well-equipped home with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property, if you're looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, semi-rural location.

The house matching comprehensively the description. Comfortable inside and out. Excellent swimming pool. Super quiet place surrounded by picturesque country site with lots of walking routes around. Very friendly and helpful host. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great house and pool.

The house is specious with all the facilities of home, Marc was a great host and seemed to have thought of everything. The pool was was large and very clean providing hours of relaxation. Lovely semi rural location with all amenities near by. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Nice house with great pool

Very nice house in a quiet location with a wonderful swimming pool. Very well equipped and perfect for a family stay. The village does not really have any facilities so we had yo do quite a bit of driving to access shops and restaurants. However, the countryside is superb snd if you like walking there are so many trails to tackle.

Perfect hideaway for a family recharge

Marc has set up a perfect, restorative hideaway in the peaceful village of Anzême. And even drought-proofed the lovely pool with water storage system! Communication and checking in and out were easy, the house is easy to live in, and the terrace, pool and garden give plenty of relaxation options. Ping pong, pool table and good walks to be had. And try and spot the beaver who lives under the Pont du Diable!

Perfect

Piece, quiet and relaxed. Immaculate house and gardens with great pool. Everything that could be needed was in the house. No noisy neighbours or busy roads. Walking distance to the river creuse and waterfalls. Marc the owner was at the end of the phone if needed and messaged a couple of time to make sure everything was fine and was there to meet us and show us the layout on arrival. Could not fault.

Please do not stay here!!!

After driving 600 miles we were really looking forward to our 2wk holiday in rural france. We arrive around 7.30pm to a holiday home on a residential cul de sac, not in listing. The owner was there,gave us a tour of home.Then pulls out a noise contract for us to sign.Very odd.It consists of no continuous noise in pool in the day time and no noise at all after 8pm.No Music at all to played, break the rules and police will be contacted. All very odd but we signed as was very tired. Woke up to a message saying hope you settled in & remember no shouting in the pool. We are not a noisy family.By Tuesday we had the neighbours yelling at us in the afternoon, in French they were very angry..this went on all week. The owner said he knew we weren't making noise and it ignore the crys from the neighbours!!! He knew this because he has a secret decibel checker recording the noise,again very odd. By Tuesday the neighbours who had been shouting abuse all week decided to throw a fist full of stones over the hedge at our children!!!! Screaming at us all.I called owner to come, he wouldn't, his wife admits neighbours are crazy and jealous and dont like any noise from children and familes. They say they will come Wednesday morning & we can all go to police to report it, again he never came.he went on his own apparently.Wed neighbours put up a microphone over the hedge!! I have many pictures.Please check other reviews elsewhere!awful!!The neighbours are absolutely crazy & will ruin your holiday

Ce commentaire est seulement un réquisitoire à charge, rien de positif, pas même lorsque je me suis déplacé rapidement pour déboucher un évier, qu’ils avaient bouché avec du riz, où lorsque je les ai attendu le jour de leur arrivée plus tard que prévu pour leur permettre de faire quelques courses avant le week-end. Tout cela démontre une certaine mauvaise foi. Nous sommes face à un problème de voisinage, entre un voisin qui a décidé de me nuire et des locataires qui ne sont sans doute pas aussi blanc qu’ils le prétendent. Je ne reviendrais pas sur chaque point du commentaire, car il y a du vrai et du faux. C’est quand même la première fois en 5 ans de location, que je suis amené à devoir défendre des locataires auprès de la mairie du village et de la gendarmerie, et cela grâce à la mesure du niveau sonore sur la propriété. Que s’est il vraiment passé ??? Certes j’ai un voisin avec un comportement parfois inadapté, qui va m’amener à déconseiller la location à des personnes qui ont des difficultés à maîtriser les élans de joies (cris) de leurs enfants . Au final , certes c'est une mauvaise expérience pour les locataires mais pour moi également !!!!

Le propriétaire était très sympathique et accueillant. La maison très belle et agréable. La piscine était parfaite. Les équipements disponibles était vraiment chouette, du bbq au billard en passant par les jeux disponibles. De superbes vacances un peu gâchée par une météo pas au beau fixe mais rien d'inputable à la location ou au propriétaire. C'était notre première expérience dans ce genre de vacances et nous avons été conquis grave à Marc et son accueil bienveillant.La région est très belle et intéressante. La visites du parc au loup fut une chouette expérience surtout quand ils se sont tous mis a hurler à l'unisson. Des frissons garantis.

Lovely quiet villa with a delightful pool

Overall, a great stay. Marc was there on arrival to meet us and tell us all about the property (and how the pool worked). Everything was wonderful, the pool was very clean, we had a very relaxing time. Highly recommend the boulangerie in the village. Thanks again!

Superbe location

Nous avons loué cette maison afin de visiter la Creuse à moto. Nous étions 4 couples et l'espace de la maison et ses aménagements extérieures (piscine, table, salon,....) nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour. La situation géographique du lieu nous a permis d'accéder facilement à la vallée des peintres, Aubussson, lac de Vassivière, maison de Georges Sand,... Les contacts avec Marc, le propriétaire, ont été très cordiaux et l'accueil très sympa avec un gâteau creusois en cadeau de bienvenu. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet eine gut ausgestattete Küche und viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Der örtliche Bäcker hat eine leckere Auswahl, für weitere Einkäufe ist ein Auto notwendig. Der Vermieter war für Fragen jederzeit offen und reagierte schnell.

Très belles prestations pour cette maison avec piscine et billard dans la belle campagne creusoise.

Excellente semaine passée dans la maison de Marc. Elle est spacieuse, agréable tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, très bien équipée et confortable, et les possibilités d’activités sont infinies (belle piscine, billard, Ping pong, pétanque, basket). La campagne environnante est superbe, et les activités de plein air nombreuses (rando, vélo, baignade dans la rivière, kayak, escalade). Notre semaine avec 5 ados et pré ados était parfaite. Pour finir, Marc est un hôte charmant, extrêmement attentionné et soucieux que le séjour se passe au mieux.

Vous êtes un exemple dans la notion du vivre ensemble, la voisine, confirmé par ma voisine d'en face (pas d'à coté :)) qui vous félicite pour votre discrétion, elle ne s'est pas rendu compte qu'il y avait 5 ados enthousiastes dans la piscine. Week-end détente dans une belle région

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end entre amis. Nous étions 4 couples sans enfant. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. C'était très agréable d'avoir pu profiter du poêle à défaut de la piscine. La campagne est très jolie, nous avions pris les vélos pour la découvrir (pas facile d'ailleurs avec toutes les descentes et montées). Marc est un propriétaire qui porte beaucoup d'importance à bien recevoir ses locataires et il était disponible et réactif quand nous en avions besoin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
