All Seasons Guesthouse is located on the south end of Hopkins Village, close to village activities and restaurants, while still providing a tranquil environment with access to Sandy Beach just across the street. Guest bikes are available at no charge, first come first serve, providing exploration of the village from a locals perspective. Hammocks, water fountain, grill, dining and seating area within the courtyard are enhanced by beautiful Belize flora and orchids.

Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is a Garifuna fishing village, rich in Culture. Most of our people are Garifuna (Black) and Mestizos (Spanish/Maya. These friendly people are very proud and love to share their heritage with visitors! In the evening be sure to try the local flavors at many of the restaurants. Drumming and dance are also featured in a few of the restaurants in the evening! We are located 8/10s of a mile south from the main intersection of Hopkins. There are 15-20 restaurants and 3 grocery stores ALL within walking distance of the Guest House and Cabanas. Of course, if you do not want to walk, we have 8 bicycles on the property on a first come first served basis. We provide them free of charge for our guests. We are told by many of our guests that this is the place to relax. They love the chair swings and hammocks in the courtyard along with grill and eating area. We have many tours and excursions to suggest and know that you will be delighted with your stay at All Seasons Belize.
