What an Ideal Location

This apt is in the best location. Rue Cler is our favorite neighborhood and it is literally outside the door. Lattes and almond croissants are but a few steps away. We walked to so many attractions; Eiffel Tower, Le Marais, Champs-Elysees, Metro, Arc de Trionphe, etc. The apt is well laid out, 2 bedrooms on either side, a large sink with two-faucet bathroom, and a separate toilet room which was so convenient. The kitchenette was fine, yet, of course in Paris you don't eat in much! Do be aware this is on the third floor, no elevator, 50 stairs. Our only disappointment was the living room only has a very worn-out, small futon for seating. Besides uncomfortable, we found that inconvenience unacceptable at this price.

Perfect location for food and getting around in Paris

Great place for our stay in Paris. The basics are all covered — clean, good wifi, comfy bed, quiet at night, and has a good shower. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator — not a problem for us but would be for some. We stayed with 2 small children and found it a good size apartment. In terms of location, for first time visitors to Paris it's an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower but you're not so close that it feels really touristy. It's also only a 30min walk to the Louvre for those who enjoy just walking the city. The metro is only a few min walk as well which makes getting around the city is easy for those who don't want to walk. Even for those who have been to Paris before I'd recommend this area. Rue Cler is right behind the apartment and has great food for both lunch and dinner, and there are two good coffee places within 5min walk (Kozy, and Bleu Olive). If you plan to eat in the Carrefour is only 5min walk and has everything needed.
