We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beauty all around us. The description of the house didn’t do it justice. The house was clean and spacious for a family of 8. Spotty internet but we were in mountains so it was understandable. The host was responsive and very helpful. We loved our time together in Ruidoso. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice home to stay in with lots of room. 4 total bedrooms. Very good value. Super convenient location! Great for walking around the neighborhood. Windows were very hard to open. They need maintenance or replacement. Also, the home had some issues with the AC freezing up, but we informed maintenance. They brought fans and when it unfroze it worked fine. Hopefully that will be properly fixed soon?

The location is good and the cabin is roomy are the positives of the property. The air conditioner does not work and was not repaired. The repairman was unable to fix it so we did not have air conditioning during the 3 day stay in August. The hot tub was not clean or filled with water for use but there was not a notice in the listing it was not available. Overall, the cabin was below expectations. Janna Brendle

kitchen was lacking basic things like foil, could use more items like that since we were staying there and cooking. upper bedroom linens needed attention as well as under bed as discovered upon dropping something. Location was good

We really loved the rustic feel and beautiful decorations. The view is outstanding. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The hot tub and internet were not working. I talked with Hummingbird Cabin staff and they notified the owner. We enjoyed the inner tube sledding, 18 hole mini golf, arcades, hiking, shopping, and eating at K Bobs.

Great cabin

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and easy access to town. Cabin was very spacious and the downstairs room/bathroom was great for our teenagers. The deck had a beautiful view of the Sierra Blanca mountains.

Incredible house and location

The house was amazing to stay in, it was well appointed and we felt right at home. The location is incredible as it looks out to the peak of the mountain. The hot tub was a great addition and the whole experience was amazing. Would absolutely stay again!
