A convenient and inexpensive alternative for those traveling for business, holidays, local events, southern getaways, or even visiting your kids/friends at the University of South Carolina. The back deck and pergola overlooking spacious backyard are perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee at dawn or a glass of wine at dusk.

Minutes away from the interstate, restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, Irmo Park, Harbison State Forest, Zoo, and only a short 10-15 min drive to Downtown Cola, USC, Columbia Airport, and not much further- the well-renown Lake Murray!

Great neighborhood and home was warm, very well supplied. Shower, beds and kitchen were great Nicole is a great landlord she helped with our transition from CA to SC.

Thanksgiving Family Time

The neighborhood and property size was great for our family. The dining room was exactly what we were looking for to share our thanksgiving feast. Sleeping areas for grandma, grandkids and parents worked out well. Of course, we enjoyed the big screen TV and plenty of cozy seating for everyone.

About the Local Area:
The home is located right off Exit 101A on i-26 (walking distance from Starbucks and East Bay Deli) and on the outskirts of the well-known Harbison area-- several shopping centers, restaurants, movie theaters, and pretty much whatever you need (gas stations, car repairs, car rentals, Walmart and Home Depot, etc.). Harbison state park and Irmo community park are right around the corner - great for hiking, picnics, and leisure nature strolls. Our exit is only 5 exits away from Downtown Columbia where you will find all of Columbia's best pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants, and local shops. Riverbank Zoo and Lake Murray is not far as well!
