Sehr ruhige Lage
Das Haus besticht vor allem durch seine etwas abgeschiedene Lage.
Es ist sehr ruhig, man kann sich gut erhohlen.
Eine sehr große Veranda mit vier guten Sonnenliegen.
8 km bis zum Adriastrand.
Das Haus ist ein ehemaliger kleiner Bauernhof uns sehr spartanisch und rustikal ausgestattet. Für meine Begriffe zu rustikal und nicht funktional, es gibt z.B. keinen Kleiderschrank, die vorhandenen Möbelstücke sind allesamt sehr wackelig und manche Truhen/ Kommoden sind nicht zu öffnen. Fernseher defekt. Trotzdem findet man Erhohlung. Wenn man keine sonderlich hohen Ansprüche hat, durchaus zu empfehlen. Es wird eine Endsäuberungsgebühr von 50€ erhoben. Außerdem Stromverbrauch abgerechnet.

Très belle maison, à 10 mn de la mer en voiture
Maison très tranquille, à l'écart du village de Chieuti.
Pas de vis-à-vis, parfait pour passer des vacances au calme.
Les prestations sont bonnes, la vue sur la mer et les oliviers est appréciable.
La terrasse abritée est parfaite pour les soirées, barbecue ou autres.
Très bel espace intérieur, surtout en ce qui concerne la cuisine et salle à manger. On ne se marche pas dessus, parfait quand on est nombreux.
Un des seuls regrets est que le frigo n'est pas d'une première jeunesse: il manquait des clayettes de rangement, une était cassée, ce n'était pas pratique pour ranger correctement. De plus il chauffait anormalement et nous n'avons pas pu se
servir de la partie congélateur (pas pratique quand il fait 35° dehors). De plus le frigo est trop petit pour 8 personnes. A changer impérativement.
Pas de verres à vin, dommage, alors qu'au niveau couverts et assiettes rien à redire.
Concernant les salles de bain du rez de chaussée, il serait judicieux de remplacer les rideaux de douche en plastique par des parois en verre, vu la taille des bas un peu petits. Celle de l'étage était impeccable.
Concernant les chambres, elles sont spacieuses, bien que manquant cruellement d'espace pour ranger ses affaires. Sinon rien à redire.

Traumhaftes Haus in schöner, ruhiger Lage
Wir waren mit zwei Familien auf der Suche nach dem wahren, einfach schönen Italien abseits der Touristenströme; wir haben es hier gefunden. Eine einfache Gegend mit kleinen Cafes, netten Menschen und einer schönen Natur am Rande des Nationalparks Gargano, die uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen hat. Der Strand mit allem, was man braucht, ist 8 km weit entfernt, die Stadt Tremoli zum Shoppen weitere 15km; es war einfach schön. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Raum zum Verweilen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

La casa è veramente bella e conforme alla descrizione. Ampia, comoda e pulita. Proprietari disponibili e gentili. E' veramente un angolo di paradiso, non lontanissimo dal mare ma con tutta la tranquillità della campagna, pur non essendo isolata. Panorama eccezionale su mare e campi, con tramonti bellissimi sulle montagne.
La casa è ben attrezzata, la cucina in particolare è molto comoda e piacevole. Grandi spazi dentro e fuori. La consiglio per chi vuole staccare veramente dal rumore e dalla folla. Il venticello serale è ottimo dopo la giornata passata sotto il sole al mare.
Nei paesi vicino si trovano tutti i negozi di alimentari. Non è certo l'ideale per gli amanti della movida serale, ma a 20 km c'è Termoli che offre molto, locali, negozi tipici e passeggio piacevole.
Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente notevole.
