THE SPACE

Set high above the rainforest, this seven-bedroom villa unfolds across multiple levels, combining open living areas with thoughtfully separated private spaces. The home’s vertical design maximizes views and airflow while maintaining a strong sense of connection to the surrounding jungle.

The main living level sits elevated within the canopy and opens on multiple sides to ocean breezes and tropical greenery. This open-air great room features several seating areas, ceiling fans, and a relaxed indoor-outdoor flow that defines the Costa Rica lifestyle. Wildlife sightings are common, with monkeys, sloths, toucans, and colorful birds often passing through the nearby trees.

Adjacent to the living area is a spacious dining space designed for shared meals and celebrations, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, an indoor grill, and everything needed for home-style cooking or chef-prepared dining.

NEW WING & SECOND POOL

The newly built wing is fully included in the seven-bedroom configuration and adds a second center of living within the villa. This space features a fully air-conditioned living room enclosed by floor-to-ceiling glass and crowned by a vaulted ceiling. With a large-screen TV, wet bar, and convenient half bath, it offers a comfortable and flexible gathering area separate from the main house.

Flowing directly from this lounge is a second private, ocean-view pool. Surrounded by jungle and positioned beside the glass walls, it provides a quieter and more intimate alternative to the main pool—perfect for relaxed afternoons or evening swims.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The villa offers seven air-conditioned bedrooms, thoughtfully distributed across the main house and the two-story pool house to provide comfort and privacy for larger groups.

The master suite occupies its own level and includes a king bed, seating area, luxurious stone bath with double shower, and a wraparound balcony with ocean and jungle views.

Additional bedrooms in the main house feature king beds and private ensuite bathrooms.

The pool house bedrooms offer added separation and are ideal for teens, extended family members, or guests who prefer extra privacy.

In total, the villa includes seven full bathrooms and one half bath, with several featuring open-air showers for an authentic tropical experience.

POOL HOUSE & MAIN POOL

The main pool level is anchored by a separate two-story pool house located just across the water. The poolside level includes a relaxed lounge area with a wet bar and flexible sleeping arrangements, while the lower level features additional air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms and open-air showers.

The main pool is designed for both recreation and relaxation, with a lap lane for swimming, a shallow social area, and a dramatic waterfall framed by lush gardens and natural stone. Together with the second pool by the new wing, the property offers two distinct pool experiences suited to different moods and ages.

COMFORT & SERVICES

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and ceiling fans are located throughout the living spaces. Free Wi-Fi is available across the property.

Daily housekeeping is included (except Sundays) to keep the villa fresh and comfortable throughout your stay. Personal laundry service is included twice during your stay, with additional service available upon request.
