The Palms Villa is designed with an open plan layout we call “The Great Room”. It includes a gourmet designer kitchen, dining area and comfy living room overlooking your very own heated pool and patio deck.

Our large gourmet designer kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, cutlery and glassware. Leading off from the kitchen, is the dining area with a modern and elegant dining table seating for (8) that is bright and light overlooking patio doors which lead to the covered lanai and pool area.

Master King Bedroom - A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room with a large closet, dresser and (2) night tables. Our Master King has a 50” flat screen TV with cable. A stunning, spacious exclusive bathroom with double vanity unit, relaxing tub and shower accompanies this room.

Master Bedroom 2 - Tastefully decorated with inviting yellow and white colors, this large Master en-suite has a Queen size bed, great closet space and flat screen TV with cable.

Master Bedroom 3 - Decorated with peaceful and tasteful light green colors and accents, this cozy Master en-suite has a Full size bed, great closet space and flat screen TV with cable.

Queen Bedroom 4 - A posh and inviting bedroom decorated on trend and tasteful light violet color, this lovely room has a Queen size bed, large closet and dresser with flat screen TV and cable.

Bedrooms 5 and 6 - These Twin bedrooms are themed to Mario Bros. and your very own Princess Castle. Your kids will absolutely love sleeping here. The connecting bathroom is themed to Nemo and all his friends.

The Family Living Room is furnished with a soft leather sectional sofa with plenty of seating for the whole family . Watch movies on the 65” Flat Screen Smart TV with cable.

The huge Game Room has a beautiful blue velvet Billiard (Pool) table, Air Hockey & Foosball tables and Galaga Arcade.

We have a washing machine/dryer room, a vacuum cleaner, iron with ironing board, a portable crib, high chair and kitchen baby utensils available for your convenience.

Outside in the back of our Villa, the extensive lanai offers some welcome shade before leading you to the extended pool deck. Here you can relax on the pool lounges while you enjoy a cool drink and our delightful pool. There are tables and chairs for your snacks and BBQ’s. The beautiful pool and Jacuzzi can be heated upon request for an additional fee.
