Charming typical Causse house located in the heart of the village of Gignac in the Dordogne Valley, at the crossroads of 3 departments: Lot - Corrèze and Dordogne

On the ground floor:
Access to the house via the pretty veranda overlooking the village square. You will find a very cosy living room perfectly combining the charm of the old (exposed stones, parquet flooring, beams, niches...) and a modern decoration. In extension a pretty modern fitted kitchen with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. A bathroom with toilets.

Upstairs:
A cocooning area with 3 attic bedrooms with wardrobes/storage.
Beds: 2 in 140 X 190 and 1 in 160 X 200
A hallway with games available, reading area with 2-seater armchair.
A bathroom with a toilet.

In the basement: Washing machine.

Outside: Private 3 X 4m secure swimming pool with terrace and plancha. No grassy area / garden.

Available: Baby cot and high chair.

Maison ancienne très bien restaurée avec beaucoup de pierres apparentes (j'adore). Rien ne manque, tout en quantité (vaisselle, électroménager, petits electromenager,...) pour y passer un agréable séjour. Notre hôte était réactive à nos messages. La terrasse avec la piscine sans vis-à-vis est au top.Au sein du village très calme, un restaurant excellent, Le repère Gourmand, à 5mn a pieds.Un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait sur la table a notre arrivée Je recommande ce gîte
