Quiet contemporary cottage

Nice contemporary cottage in a small village in the green Beaujolais, 15km from Lac des Sapins.
Single storey cottage, located on the ground floor of a large house, on the heights of the village of Valsonne, between Lyon and Roanne (45 km).
Contemporary interior (concrete ceiling, large bay window, large spaces), easy access for people with reduced mobility. Entrance into living room (dining area, lounge area with sofa bed for 2 people), open kitchen fully equipped, 1 bedroom (2 beds of 90 cm convertible into 1 bed of 180 cm) with closed dressing area.
Shower room including WC.
Cot available. Sheets provided, beds made before your arrival and departure cleaning included.
Outside: covered and paved terrace with very nice view, garden furniture, deck chairs, gas barbecue, grass field, unfenced, with children's games (swing, hut with toys).
Possibility to use the common garage giving access to washing machine and dryer in common laundry with the owner

Deposit of 500 euros is required on arrival payable by check and not cashed. Check returned within 7 days after departure

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieterin Christelle ist ein sehr herzlicher und freundlicher Mensch. Ein kleines Manko muss erwähnt werden, das Schlafzimmer verfügt über kein Fenster, keine Klimaanlage. Bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen um die 30 Grad, war es dadurch sehr warm im Schlafzimmer. Aber Sie hat meinen kleinen Kritikpunkt aufgenommen und ich denke, das Sie eine Lösung finden wird.

Gîte de rêve

Moderne, décoration soignée, propre , bien équipé; dans un petit village très calme. La charmante propriétaire nous a gâté avec ses préparations culinaires: soupe,quiche,confiture,gâteaux...etc. A l'arrivée : citronnade , lait,beurre dans le frigo; café,thé,huile vinaigre etc etc!!! Exceptionnel !!!
