When in the 19th Century Puerto de la Cruz was recommended by the British Medical society for their patients needing a good climate, not hot in summer or cold in winter, our town began to get many visitors who finally stayed. This House reminds that period of splendor in Puerto, leaving us a legacy that can still be apreciated. The House has floors of wood, high ceilings, spacious rooms and is completely renovated. 42´TV. In addition, its location is unbeatable: just 900 metres from the sea and from the Center, and a very few meters from several restaurants and supermarket. It is quite close to Playa Jardín, just a few minutes walking, you have to walk down 1.03 km to get to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, characterful and spacious house. It was very comfortable, really well-equipped and scrupulously clean. We loved the convenient location and the off-road parking and we enjoyed spending time in the well-furnished, private and very attractive garden.Communication with Cristobal and Ana was excellent both before and during our stay and it's very clear that the comfort of their guests is very important to them.We didn't want to leave, would return without hesitation and will definitely book this beautiful property again when next in Tenerife.

A fabulous, spacious house in a great location

The children enjoyed having lots of space to play and we loved the beautifully designed garden. The house was well equipped and stayed cool in the hot weather too which was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house with incredible outside space

Such a fabulous place to stay, this house has everything you need for a home away from home and more... So much space for a group/family to relax and unwind; big private driveway, outside utilities in the garden for al-fresco cooking and dining, cozy lighting inside and out and comfortable bedrooms. We had such a great time here! Host was very responsive and sent us loads of local recomendations before we arrived.

Quality House in Puerto de la Cruz

The house is well equipped: modern kitchen, very good lighting, great wooden floors, modern bathrooms. The garden is equipped with comfortable seating, a gas grill and well-thought-out lighting. The owner takes care of repairs immediately

Lovely house in peaceful part of Tenerife but some disappointments

Overall a pleasing house and stay but one of the bathrooms did not have hot water and the dishwasher stopped working after the first day. These problems were not dealt with in a timey manner and the communication about these things could have been better. We were given a small compensation for the dishwasher not being fixed during our stay but our son and his family confirmed that in their bathroom the water was never better than lukewarm. In addition the kitchen could have had some new sharp knives and some small baking dishes. Otherwise the kitchen was quite well equipped.

Good afternoon Unfortunately, it was very difficult to get a technician on the middle of the Easter holiday for the broken dishwasher. We tried to do our best. That is why we did a refund as a compensation. On the other hand, please note that you must run the water 4 minutes before getting it hot. If you have given us the chance to explain, you would enjoy that second bathroom. Sorry also for the bad weather you get. I guess that did not help either. We are all very sad for such a low punctuation in comparison with the previous reviews. But we will keep working hard for the house and of course you would be very welcome on your next visit! Wir waren zu zweit für knapp drei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, so dass man sich wirklich schnell zuhause fühlt. Auch der Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein.Das Haus liegt zentral, aber ruhig. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Supermärkte, auch zum Strand und ins Zentrum ist es nicht weit (10-15 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, einmal die Woche wurde das Haus auch gereinigt. Unsere kleinen Mitbewohner, zwei Geckos, haben wir ins Herz geschlossen und auch die Eidechsen im Garten gern beobachtet. Alles war wie beschrieben, Küche und zwei Bäder gut ausgestattet und modern, die Betten bequem. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Maison très spacieuse et agréable, espace extérieur très bien équipé et idéal pour profiter des soirées, équipements très complets : vaisselle, linge de maison, jeux, produits de première nécessité… très appréciable ! Le seul bémol serait la route assez proche qui peut gêner pour dormir fenêtres ouvertes. Un superbe séjour !

Perfektes Ferienhaus in idealer Lage

Das Haus bietet viel Platz, einen schönen Garten, liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung und hat den Charme eines Hauses mit Tradition. Ideal ist es, den Wagen auf dem Grundstück zu parken und eine Bushaltestelle sowie ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ganz in der Nähe zu haben. Somit ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Puerto zu Fuß und die Umgebung per Bus oder PkW zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit der Managerin und dem Eigentümer liefen schnell und problemlos.

Wo ist der 6.Stern, wenn man ihn mal braucht?

Wir haben zu zweit 5 Wochen im Winter das Haus bewohnt - kältetechnisch überhaupt kein Problem (Teneriffa halt). Obwohl das Haus stadtnah liegt, war es absolut ruhig. Zu Fuß in die die Stadt in 10 Minuten - zurück dauert länger, da das Haus am Hang liegt.Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere, dass der Vermieter auf eigene Kosten das Haus wöchentlich hat reinigen lassen.Das Gartenhaus war der Knaller. Es sieht so unscheinbar aus, war jedoch der tägliche Mittelpunkt - Schatten, bequeme Liegen, mehrere Esstische, Kühlschrank, Spüle, Grill - was will man mehr.Das Einzige, was eventuell fehlt, ist Deutsches Fernsehen (Luxusproblem!)Wir jedenfalls haben das Haus erneut gebucht

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche zu Zweit in diesem Haus, wodurch wir viel Platz hatten. Entgegen einiger anderer Meinungen war es für uns sehr ruhig, lediglich hin und wieder hat man nachts einen Wagen in der Nähe gehört. Die Einrichtung war super, die Küchenausstattung sehr modern und es war alles notwendige vorhanden, teilweise war sogar, als man erwarten kann. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und von außen nicht einsehbar. WLAN ist durch Nutzung eines Extenders auch draußen problemlos möglich. Die Innenstadt von PdlC ist, wie schon beschrieben, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ja, beim Rückweg gehts bergauf, aber alles problemlos machbar. Sind nur ca. 1000 m, Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur aber auch mit dem Vermieter selbst war sehr nett und lieferte alle notwendigen Informationen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in PdlC werden wir wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir reisten das dritte Mal in dieses wunderschöne Haus. Sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet, schöner Garten, zentral und doch ruhig. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell und freundlich auf eine Nachfrage zur Bedienung eines Grätes reagiert. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Top Haus mit schönem Garten

Sehr gute Ausstattung, auch die Küche. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. 2. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch gut in Schuss (Badewanne als Dusche). Garten top! Genügend Platz fürs Auto. An den Strand und die Innenstadt - ca. 15 Min. zu Fuss - geht es steil nach unten - gut für die Kondition. Alles in allem können wir das Haus ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen. Puerto de la Cruz ist für Ausflüge die richtige Adresse.

Ferienwohnung mit Charme

Dieses Objekt haben wir schon zweimal mit Freunden gebucht und wollten es dieses Jahr wieder tun. Doch unsere Freunde erkrankten kurzfristig an Corona, so bewohnten wir dieses geräumige Haus nur zu zweit. Es zeichnet sich für uns durch seinen kanarischen Charme aus. Die moderne Küche ist vollständig ausgerüstet. Der herrliche Garten mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten hat uns jeden Morgen das Frühstück verschönt. Gute Lage für einen Fußmarsch in die Stadt. Das uneinsehbare Grundstück sichert die Privatsphäre. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Einfach schön

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem wirklich schönen Haus sehr genossen! Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat sehr viel Platz! Toll auch im Garten zu chillen und zu grillen! Alles ist reichlich vorhanden ,die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde nach kurzer Nachricht sofort erneuert! Das Haus liegt sehr gut,Bäcker und Supermarkt um die Ecke.Man kann in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen. Teneriffa ist immer eine Reise wert und wir können den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus nur empfehlen!

Großzügige moderne Wohnung mit traditionellem Touch und schönem Garten

Viel Platz, eine umfangreiche Ausstattung und ein wunderschöner gepflegter Garten- wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man muss allerdings ein paar Höhenmeter überwinden, wenn man zum Strand bzw. ins Zentrum will. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten im großen Hof. Sowohl für Erwachsene als auch Familiemit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem sehr schönen, geräumigen uns sauberen Haus. Es ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt und ans Meer und nachts ist es trotzdem ruhig. Der Besitzer ist stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Insel in der "Großstadt"

Ziemlich zentrale Lage, aber abseits des Haupttourismus, von welcher aus alles gut fussläufig zu erreichen ist, vorausgesetzt man hat nichts gegen etwas bergauf und ,-ab. Die Fussgängerzone und die in ihr gelegenen Lokale in einee Viertelstunde erreichbar, was will man mehr. Gut auch 2 kleine Supermärkte gleich ums Eck mit so ziemlich allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Haus sehr sauber, das Grundstück uneinsehbar. Die Aussenanlage entspricht der Darstellung im Internet. Perfekt für lange Abende im Freien. Das Haus und die küche ziemlich gut sortiert, eignet sich prima für Selbstversorger. Minuspunkt: das einzeln gelegene Schlafzimmer am Eingang war ziemlich laut, da sich regelmäßig eine Klimanlage oder was auch immer im Keller des Machbarhauses aktivierte und dann 20 min. ordentlich vor sich hin brummte. Auch der Kühlschrank in der Küche,welcher die besten Zeiten schon einige Jahre hinter sich hat war deutlich in diesem Zimmer zu hören. Da empfehlen sich Oropax als Reiseausstattung- wer hat die nicht dabei? Alles in allem mit kleinen Abschlägen ein sehr zu empfehlendes Objekt. Sicher nicht high end- aber das ist bei dem preiswerten Angebot auch nicht zu erwarten. Wenn der Kühlschrank in der Küche mal erneuert ist fast perfekt

Ontspannen in de stad

Bijzonder om midden in de gezellige stad Puerta de la Cruz een sfeervol en ruim vakantiehuis te hebben getroffen. De tuin biedt prettige mogelijkheden om te ontspannen en de stad met zijn prachtige boulevard , stranden en gezellige terrasjes en restaurants biedt op loopafstand voldoende vertier. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf op Tenerife !
