One block from Risley park with basket ball courts, tennis courts and shuffle board The courtyard area is brightly furnished with outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas. This unit is located on the 1ST FLOOR adjacent to the courtyard, parking space is included. Complex does not have an elevator.
