This home is complete with a king master bedroom and a second bedroom outfitted with two twin-sized beds. There is also a pull out love seat for additional sleeping in the main living area. The perfect, mid-island location is minutes to the Times Square and Lover's Key State Park, Bowditch Point Park, boating, marinas, restaurants, library, movie theater and shopping galore!

Clean, and fresh living area, tile and wood floors, central A/C, open deck plus additional lanai on the rear of home.. Full kitchen, too! Enjoy your meals on the front or rear deck, soak up some healthy Florida sunshine and warm, tropical breezes like no other!

A charming home conveniently located across the street from a public access beach spot. The house has everything you need for a nice trip to fort myers beach. It was nice to have a front deck as well as a rear screened in porch. Would definitely book again.

What a delightful 3 weeks! Ed was so accomidating and the house was clean and comfortable. I was worried that we weren't on directly on the beach but it was truely just steps a way. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipted!Our stay was just perfect!

The other reviews are right. The front door needs replacing and there is no light at the top of the stairs. The interior needs quite a few minor repairs/upgrades.The location is the next best thing to being on the beach!Ed was responsive and timely with other concerns.

Nice location and easy walk to the beach as advertised. Property manager promptly checked with us and was very cordial.Adequate parking but property infrastructure definitely damaged by storm. The property, for the most part, was clean, except bathroom floor mats seemed to be dirty\poorly washed… Probably need replacement. Bathrooms are small and cramped. Overall, the property was old, worn and in general very “tired“. Many rooms in need of paint. All appliances working however, and kitchen well stocked with pots pans and other utensils. VRBO pictures definitely were very deceiving and did not reflect the current condition of the property. Would likely not have stayed here if I had known the condition in advance.

This was kind to a rollercoaster of an emotional experience. Upon check in it was very clear that the pictures of the listing were pre-IAN and the house has been through a lot since then. I actually pulled up the listing pictures multiple times as we were initially walking through the home to make sure we were in the right place- it was that different.There are clear safety issues with the stairs, and deep cleanliness issues. There were toe nail clippings all over the primary bedroom when we got there, dirty windowsills and vents. Linens did smell/seem clean accept for the blood stain in the master comforter.The pros are location, easy walk to the beach and amenities such as sand toys, coffee, condiments, books, DVDs.Once I got over the initial shock, we had a fine time although VRBO is as unhelpful when I asked for a partial refund due to the deception and lack of safety on the steps. I just feel cat fished honesty AND the other negative reviews were posted long after we booked so we went in really blind.

You should have been glad the furniture was upgraded, I will speak to my cleaning crew, the staircase is scheduled to be rebuilt but it is just getting the people there. The coffee table was removed for more room to walk, cat fished i don’t think so

Great location, easy to get around

Everything worked well, very comfortable and location was awesome. Traffic was horrible but we never dealt with it being the location was so great. Access to the beach very close, had chairs and umbrellas to use, free beach trolley took us into the Shrimp festival so we didnt have to drive. All in all, a great vacation with the kids

Beach getaway

This property was in a great location! A very short walk to the beach, a great breakfast spot, and the tram stop. We easily walked back to the house from the beach to refill our small cooler and enjoyed the ability to take the tram up to the busier area of the beach where there were restaurants and shops to enjoy. The house itself had everything we needed for our stay - a clean place to rest our heads after a day of playing. Thanks for a great stay!

A wonderful stay!

The house is very comfortable and everything works perfectly. It's very near to the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. We have really appreciated the covered parking below the house and the very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

Great house for family

This house was clean, great beds and well equipped (even with beach chairs, parasol, cooler etc,). Close to the beach and great pancake + pizza places nearby. Ft. Myers was amazing!

Escape the winter

Was the a great place for a long weekend getaway to beat the winter blahs. Very short walk to the beach!Traffic backed up on main road during certain hours, but since we were close to beach, no driving required! Could have been due to rebuilding in the area.

Near the beach

We enjoyed our stay and loved that we could walk to the beach and to a great spot for breakfast. We wanted to stay an extra day, but unfortunately the unit needed to be prepped for new guests. However, the host was very quick to respond to our request.

Fantastic Girls' Trip!

This is a beautiful, clean property, and the three bathrooms make it perfect for four women. It's a short walk to the beach and tram stop, as well as a nature preserve close by. The screened in porch was a great place to enjoy meals, too.

Property was as listed. Plenty of extra amenities, toiletries, furnished kitchen, dish soap, beach towels and chairs. Only a short walk to the beach. Can walk to Time Square or take the tram, which stops nearby. Close to great eateries. Perfect get away for 4 sisters from Minnesota to escape the cold.

Considering what Ft. Myers has gone through the past few years, it's amazing this house survived! House has plenty of room. Kitchen is well stocked.Great location. Vehicle traffic going north is always backed up so walking downtown was faster!
