It's spacious enough for the entire group, features a convenient gas fireplace in the living area, making it the perfect spot to unwind as you watch your favorite shows on the TV.

If everything mentioned before is not enough, you'll have a prime location just half a mile away from downtown Blue Mountain Village! There you can find a plethora of restaurants (in case you don't feel like cooking for everyone), shops, and outdoor activities. Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. The Monterra golf course is a short walk away and you'll be a short two and a half mile-drive from North Winds Public Beach on Highway 26 and Scenic Caves.

We loved this property. This was my first time booking with Vacasa! The property was clean, the staff made sure we were well prepaired for check in! We arrived late with no trouble. The house was exactly as advertised and clean. We loved the wifi, smart TV and laundry. The location couldn't be beat! The blue mountain village was only a short walk away. Staying here saved us substantially on food, as well as allowing us some chill time with the kids being able to sleep in their own room, rather than sharing a hotel room together. 10/10 would go back in a heartbeat

We’ve stayed at River grass condos before and enjoy the area but, this particular condo had dirty dishes in the cupboard, a filthy patio table and chair set, blinds that would not close for privacy at the front entrance and washroom. I would expect more from the facility considering the price we paid for our trip. We would definitely stay at a different condo complex unit (like we did in the past) next time.

140 for family March break skiing

Great unit for our family (2 kids ages 5 and 9). Very easy to walk to/from Blue village. Spacious and comfortable, nice kitchen. Overall very clean with a couple of cob webs along one ceiling, but nothing major. Keypad had some issues and was difficult to operate after having no issues the first day.

Excellent location.

Just as the listing says. One very small problem is the coffee maker not working the way it should only gets half of the coffee grinds wet . Like I said not worth calling about it just letting you know. Would rent again when staying in the area

Spacious but mattresses and pillows need to be updated

Love the space and the kitchen had ample amount of kitchenware but the two single beds are too small, all the pillows too hard and thick and all three mattresses are not comfortable (not soft or hard enough for any of us). We can hear kids or adults running upstairs as we occupied the main floor. The sheets and towels were not inspected thoroughly enough for cleanliness as there were hairs left on them from user so good thing we bought our own towels.

All good and great location. Issues: Very small amounts of soap/shampoo. Certainly not enough for 5 nights. No laundry detergent. Fireplace not on. Had to figure out pilot light and getting it started myself. Propane in bbq ran out WHILE steaks were on. Could have had better frying pan and and spatula/flipper.

Great apartment

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The property is very clean and well kept. Candice from Vacasa was very helpful. The day of our arrival we were told the roof was being replaced and it would be noisy. Upon arriving we were told the pool would not be available for the duration of our stay and the hot tub was the only thing working however our hot tub door pass didn’t work. I called 24 hr customer service and they could not help. The day after I had to reach out Candice and she had our fob replaced. We had to use plunge at the village for the kids and that was costly.

Fantastic location and Condo

Great location, walking distance to the village and right on the golf course. Pool is near the condo as well.. Once there we never need to drive again until time to check out. Unit was fully equipped and very clean. Comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend this property.

Nice place to stay

Very clean, lots of kitchen supplies & dishes. A great location for skiing and the village! The second bedroom could use a few more amenities - ie a mirror would be nice and a tv that works. Also the bathroom has no spot to sit anything. Possibly a small table or some shelves would help. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house, one small issue.

this property is great. it's clean, well kept, and has all the amenities you would want for a family trip. My problem was that I paid extra for access to the Hot tub, and was told when I got there that the Hot Tub had been closed for the duration of the Pandemic.

This unit is very nice located on the first level, the furniture is not the most comfortable but for a short stay is ok. The bed in one of the rooms is not a gueen as stated it is a double. Kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances.
