My only complaints have to do with.... There's no AC or ceiling fans and it gets hot in the condo. There were 2 portable fans but the blades were dusty so it just stirred up allergies. Or maybe things were just dusty. We kept the windows open if we were inside to get cooler air in but there are no screens on the windows so then we get bugs inside. Other than that issue it worked out fine.

The room and property were beautiful. However, it needs to be very clearly stated that there is no AC in the unit. During winter months this would obviously be irrelevant but its a little hard to enjoy the very nice accommodations when the room is a sauna. Additionally there are no screens on the windows, so even attempting to move some outside air comes with an abundance of bugs to join you, and the provided box fans don't do much blowing around 80-90 degree air. Trying to sleep in the hot box is another story all together. This accommodations would be perfect during the winter, maybe even fall but I highly caution anyone traveling during the summer in choosing this location.

The location is had to beat! the initial directions led us to the wrong roundabout but we got it all figured out eventually. I would also recommend that they provide lotion as it’s so dry here. Overall, great stay and we’d definitely stay again!

Great rental conveniently located in Winter Park Resort

We had an amazing time in Winter Park. This location is super conveniently located within minutes of ski lifts, restaurants, ski rentals, and ski school. This was the easiest ski trip I've had in 20 years.

Clean condo great location

Everything was great, just the right size for five and we’ll equipped for cooking breakfast and dinners. Only complaint while arraigning and paying for the parking was easy, finding it was a bit tricky.
