Casa Morna is a graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Morna you will have a view of the greenery, of the other buildings and, partially, of the sea. Casa Morna is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a nice private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Avola, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for Interbus bus Catania-Avola line. You will find the closest restaurant and the beach at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet).
Casa Morna is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building along a stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.
For a successful stay at Casa Morna we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking lot. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

This is one of two apartments which together make up the building. The other apartment may be occupied by the property owner during your stay.
Terrace
The terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the other buildings and, partially, of the sea.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a washing machine (hidden by a curtain), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and a balcony through two double-glazed French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
