Casa Vea B is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Vea B you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Casa Vea B is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a small private terrace, a shared patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Vieste, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at roughly 600 meters (660 yards). You will reach Casa Vea B from the parking area going up a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately five stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Vea B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Patio
The patio is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. Here you will also find a barbecue. Here you will find a fitness area equipped with an exercise bike and a rowing machine. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the garden. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.

The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.  Terrace
The terrace is 9 square meters (97 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the garden.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two chairs bed for two guests (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
