About this property

Looking for a great place to vacation at the beach. 'A LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN' is the place to be. Check out our beautiful beach villa located in Oceanside Village, Surfside Beach, South Carolina,a private gated community with 24 hours security. We have four beautiful fishing lakes,tennis courts,basketball court,large softball field,volleyball court,bocce court,horseshoes, Pickle Ball Court, Shuffle Board, Enclosed DOG PARK, and lots of walking space. There is also a playground area for small children. The village is located on approximately 180 acres. FOR THIS YEAR there is also a FITNESS CENTER. However, there is a charge per person per week, ($25.00) Open 5:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. each day.
We do furnish a golf cart and WIFI Free with the rental.
Our home features two bedrooms with two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers. Master bedroom has KING SIZE BED, guest bedroom has a QUEEN-SIZE bed and a SINGLE BED and the living room has a QUEEN-SIZE FUTON sleeper.
Seven is the maximum number of people who can stay in
this home. TWO DOGS MAXIMUM AND THEY STAY FREE. I MUST BE NOTIFIED IF U ARE BRINGING MORE THAN TWO. THERE IS A FEE FOR MORE THAN TWO DOGS. NO CATS ARE PERMITTED !!!!!!
Also, our beach home offers a large kitchen with an island, built-in microwave oven, full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, Regular coffee maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, dining room table and chairs for Six and lots more! THREE COLOR FLAT SCREEN TV's with cable, VCR and BLUE RAY DVD player/Radio/We HAVE ALSO ADDED HIGH SPEED ROADRUNNER(WIFI(lite)INTERNET SERVICE FOR YOUR COMPUTER. It is Free. We have a large bar with bar stools and dining room table. Our den area is very large and comfortable. Our home has approximately 1450 square feet including the screened in porch.

We ask that you provide your own paper products and garbage bags. WE DO NOT FURNISH LINENS OR TOWELS ANYMORE. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS. YOU CAN ALSO CALL VACATION EQUIPMENT & RENTAL SERVICE FOR LINENS AND TOWELS. WE ALSO NOW HAVE A CLEANING FEE OF $125. This way when you get up on Saturday morning you will not have to clean the home. It will all be taken care of by a Professional Cleaning Service.

We have three (3) pools, two (2) are outdoors and the other one is enclosed and heated. They both have kiddie pools.
NEW CHILDREN'S POOL AREA (SPLASH PARK) AND ALSO A WET POOL WITH DIPPING POOL FOR SUNBATHERS !!!! We also have a new In ground Spa. (Holds10-12 people)

Our home is approximately 1 to 2 minutes to the pools and approximately 3 to 4 minutes to the beach by golf cart. WE PROVIDE A FREE GOLF CART FOR YOU !!!!!!!!!

Also, we have a large screened-in front porch with table and chairs and rocking chairs for your pleasure. The large carport has an enclosed outside shower (hot & cold water) on our corner lot.There is also a CHARCOAL BARBECUE GRILL for your convenience.
A GOLF CART IS PROVIDED (FREE) for easy access to the pools and beach with private beach parking. You must be 21 YEARS OF AGE and have a valid driver's license to operate golf cart. The golf cart cannot be driven outside the village. It does not have a DMV sticker on it therefore should only be driven inside the village.
ALSO NO OUTSIDE GOLF CARTS CAN BE BROUGHT INTO THE VILLAGE. Any questions call or text me at 843-450-0129. ALSO INDOOR HEATED POOL.

We ask that you smoke on the porch or in the carport. We only rent our home to families. We rent our home from Saturday to Saturday in the summer and fall. (FIVE MONTHS ONLY IN THE WINTER- NOVEMBER 1ST TO MARCH 31ST, NO SALES TAX AND NO HOSPITALITY TAX IN THE WINTER.

Great Rental For The Price!

The rental is just as listed. Stan, the owner, is great with communication and any questions. The rental is fully stocked other than linens, which you are told up front to bring your own or rent. Most vacation rentals do this now. Golf cart use for the beach! Dog friendly home & neighborhood! Love Oceanside Village & Surfside beach!

Place was disgusting, said had a den well the den was the living room, and the pull out futon was stained with looked like piss. Place was old no updates grass was knee high when we arrived ! Didn’t even stay there locked up and left! Now the property OSV was very nice.

Perfect 2 weeks!

2 bedroom home with screened porch! Place was exactly like the pictures. The rocking chairs were unstable but a call to Stan and he replaced them within a day. Lots room for a big family. We loved having coffee on the screened porch. We love coming to Oceanside Village and will be back next year.

Great Beach House!

We enjoyed our stay at roomy, well equipped beach house. Very clean, modern appliances, good Internet wifi. The kitchen was also well equipped, if you forgot something, it's probably there. The golf cart & private beachfront parking is very nice. Oceanside Village is beautiful, and safe with 24/7 security. Very dog friendly too! We'll be back!

Fabulous!!!

We had a great time and everything was perfect. Loved the screened in porch and so did the pups. Stan was awesome and even stopped by and clued us in on how to use the headlights on the golf cart. The community indoor pool was super warm and we all spent a great deal of time there since it was a bit chilly on the beach the week we stayed. The beach was a quick ride via th golf cart and there's a nice cafe nearby to grab somthing to eat or drink while on the beach. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We will definitely be back.

Great location but the house is rundown

The house is in a great location and is accurately described as being close to the community pools and private beach. We thoroughly enjoyed that aspect of our stay. The golf cart made zipping around really easy. The private community had neighbors who always waved. The washer & dryer worked well. The house had enough space for our family of 5 plus a dog. The screened porch is spectacular! Stan is very kind and responsive to calls and texts. The downside is the condition of the property's interior. We arrived late Saturday night to a filthy home. The table had crumbs & stains from the previous visitors; there were sticky spots on counters & salt n pepper shakers; the bathrooms had hair & very dark soiled spots on the floors; the area rugs had not been laundered or vacuumed; all utensils, glasses, plates & cookware had to be washed because of stains & grease; there was a bin under the kitchen sink with stinky standing water; that same kitchen sink area smelled moldy; the 2nd bedroom came with blood spots on the single bed's pillow sham; we found an old water bottle n KitKat wrapper under that bed; the 2nd bedroom bedside table was made from cardboard with a round piece of wood and oversized, soiled white table cover; that bedroom lamp had hair & unidentified stuff stuck on it; all floors were dirty so your feet were visibly black when walking around shoeless; the vacuum cleaner spit out dirt instead of picking it up; the hall floor had plywood placed over it due to a previous leak; the kitchen floor was spongy from that same leak; the kitchen cabinets were greasy & visibly not cleaned in a long time; dust bunnies were under most furniture; the hall bi-fold doors were off track & leaned against the door frame. My family spent all day Sunday washing dishes, laundering bedspreads, and cleaning/washing anything else that wasn't nailed down. Stan brought in a cleaning team on Monday so the major problems were addressed, however the home needs to be scrubbed & repaired from top down. Unfortunately we never felt 100% comfortable because we weren't sure what else we'd find. Stan quickly responded to everything, but the fact that we had to request a cleaning & have the conversations was very disappointing.

The most wonderful people in the world live in OSV. The private parking lot at the beach plus the showers an restrooms really makes a plus in the summer time. Also the restaurant located on the beach in the parking lot is a plus too.
