Beautiful, completely updated, and modern 3 bedroom 2 bath tropical living home with studio, hot tub, fire pit, and fenced back yard on 1/4 acre. Just a short drive or bike ride to South Beach and the shops in Central Beach. Also, close to cafe's, bars and restaurants on Hwy 1. Terrazzo floors and stone accents make this 1950's, 1200 sq.ft plus art studio, a charming and cozy retreat you won't want to leave. The master retreat is spa like with it's own A/C and huge open shower! The entire home is impeccable and now fully furnished. Flatscreen smart TV with cable and complimentary WiFi is included. Rent a board to unleash your inner surf-bum or enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking on the intracoastal waters. Fresh catch for dinner with our popular local guides for ocean or Bass fishing. Riverside theater offers complimentary live music every weekend and reasonable rates for great comedy on most Friday and Sat. nights.

Hello Laura, I was disappointed to see the four star review. We do have trouble from time to time with the keypad due to the salt air. We did provide a key as another option. We like to communicate with our guests to make sure that everything is perfect during their stays. Unfortunately, we did not get responses from when we checked in to make sure everything was good. This is our first four-star review in six years. I'm not sure how we could have made anything better in this situation.

Lovely retreat!

Susan's Rock Ridge house is so lovely. Perfect for our family of 4 and plenty of space to have additional family members over for dinner. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The hot tub and porch swing are a delightful addition especially during the afternoon rain storms! Susan was super helpful and responsive, and our stay was really lovely.

Everything you'll need!

This was just the perfect getaway.. My boyfriend and I enjoyed this rental so much. It has everything you'll need, comfy beds, plush towels, fully stocked kitchen with great pots, pans and cooking utensils. Super impressive for a couple shots loves to cook and grill out. Neighborhood is quiet and you are close to everything. Great restaurants, beaches, bars. Doesn't get any better... We'd love to come back and stay again. Thank you for you lovely home!

Comfort and convenience

We loved our stay here. It was my husband, me and our adult son and his girlfriend for four nights, while in town for a wedding. The master suite was truly luxurious. We enjoyed and used the hot tub and patio, featuring lush tropical plantings and mature trees. The house was well equipped, including games and books. We appreciated the plentiful supply of coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive to all Vero offers. The Publix grocery store is very close, and we chose to stay in for breakfast at home, so we could enjoy the house and our time together. Communication with our host was easy. I recommend staying here!

Extended Winter Stay

We stayed at this adorable property from Jan to Mar and it was exactly what we hoped it would be. Pleasant walkable neighborhood. Convenient access to grocery stores, parks, restaurants, and more. The house has a great open floor plan. With both of us working remotely, we were able to work effectively in opposite ends of the house; the internet was flawless. The kitchen space was great for meal prep. The covered outdoor patio was fun for morning coffee and entertaining local family. The hot tub is super clean and well maintained by the hosts. We used the studio building for workouts and bike storage. The hosts were super kind; recommended theatre events and connected us with a local animal shelter when a stray pup thought the carport was his new home. The spacious, fenced backyard is perfect for dogs; a neighbor’s parrot provided occasional entertainment. We recommend this property for any length of stay and will keep it on our “return list”.

Fantastic master suite and outdoor space

My family (five adults) stayed here over Thanksgiving when we came to visit a relative. The location is close to shopping, theaters, and the beach. We loved the patio with its swing, fire pit, and hot tub! The large master suite includes a well-designed closet and beautiful walk-in shower. Parking is convenient for two or more cars and the neighborhood felt safe as we walked every night. The property’s enclosed back and side yards are nicely landscaped. We would suggest adding another comfortable chair in the den for indoor gathering, but the home was perfect for us otherwise.

Beautiful spacious home, comfy beds, nice patio to relax outside, and big fenced in backyard for my little chihuahua to play. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. What a great central spot near the old downtown as was as the beaches... The house is so cool. The owners did such a great job remodeling with very clean, modern touches... The covered back patio and backyard studio are great extras !

Our stay was great! The house was perfect, everything was incredibly clean and organized. The hot tub and fire pit worked perfectly. Susan was so very easy to talk to to and to get ahold of if there were any questions. We will certainly be staying here again.
