About this property

Located in the Alturan district of St Jean de Luz, our 80m2 house with terrace is ideally located 5 minutes drive from the city center and Lafiténia beach. The Chantaco golf course is 1 km away. The district is accessible by bus all year round.

The house is on two levels:
on the ground floor you will find a large space with living room, dining room and the fully equipped American kitchen, as well as separate toilets with a washing machine. Large windows allow you to access the shaded terrace.
upstairs, 3 bedrooms each with closet and wardrobe (2 beds in 160 and 2 beds in 90), a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
We offer beach games and bodyboards for you to enjoy the waves of the many beaches of the coast.

Maison très agréable.

Nous avions décidé de découvrir le pays Basque, cette localisation nous a permis de rayonner facilement et sans trop de kilomètres ! La maison est très agréable, au calme, rien n'y manque, pas même un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Les enfants sont ravis et nous aussi ! Bilan très positif.
