Superb Villa directly in the water front, renovated in a Zen style by an interior designer. Overlooking the Port of Saint Florent and the beach of La Roya, nestled in a private lane, in a private residence, you will be seduced by this vast contemporary villa located on 1200 m2 of land, quiet, without any nuisance, and close to the city center. Fully air conditioned and with wifi. This villa is very quiet and extremely comfortable. Composed of three bedrooms in the main villa including a master suite with a bathroom and independent toilet, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and independent toilet.
A 9x4 m swimming pool overlooking the port and the sea will offer you unforgettable memories.
A petanque court, a ping pong table, a hammock, a large garden, and large terraces with a plancha for grilling will give everyone good times.
La roya Beach is a 2-minute walk away, as are shuttles to the paradisiacal beaches of the Agriates desert.
