We do have a friendly Goldendoodle who uses a doggie door to access the yard. We will introduce her to you—and any approved visiting guest—at check‑in.

Long‑term guests (2+ weeks) must clean the toilet, sinks, and shower weekly to prevent permanent staining. If fixtures cannot be restored due to insufficient cleaning, replacement costs may be claimed.
Please also:
Dispose of trash in the large outdoor cans (pickup early Tuesday & Friday).
Never dump grease or food in sinks or toilets.
Only use toilet‑safe toilet paper.
Keep the gate closed when entering/exiting to protect our dog.
✔ Safety & Weather
Exterior cameras monitor the property (never inside guest areas).
Property may not be safe during hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, or floods, and should be evacuated if warnings are issued.
Avoid parking under trees during severe weather.
For extended stays, we may need brief access to change A/C filters or maintain the system—always coordinated with you in advance.
✔ Taxes & Insurance
Guests must purchase VRBO’s liability insurance.
We collect a 6% tourism tax on stays of less than 6 months.

We love to travel and use housing platforms to book usually as we have a larger family and a Goldendoodle who usually travels with us. We do camp a lot as well and take our Goldendoodle with us camping. My husband and I do travel trailer rentals in addition to him working at Florida Power and Light.
Why they chose this property
Our 1.6 acre gated lot is located 1/2 mile to local restaurants/bars, gas stations, grocery store, pharmacy & parks. We are located 15 minutes to Wellington, Fla. which is the equestrian capital of the world. Our area is a destination spot during the winter months due to this. We also have a local destination Equestrian Area called White Fences in Loxahatchee. We are located about 20 - 30 minutes to Riviera Beach, Jupiter Beach, P-Nut Island, Rapids Water Park, and night life and Shops/Restaurants/Bars at Jupiter Harbourside Place, Clematis Street, City Place. We are about 2.5 hours to the theme parks in Orlando (Disney World, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & the New Awesome Volcano Bay).
This unit was just renovated with glass stall shower and new kitchen. In addition to the King size Bed with tv in Bedroom there is a full-size pull-out sofa bed in living area with large ROKU tv. This unit is attached to a garage that we use occasionally.
We do have Roku stick in living room and cable box in bedroom with Xfinity Streaming.
