• Check-in time is 4:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
• Please note that daily maid service is not included when renting direct through VRBO. The check-out cleaning fee included in your payment to VRBO covers cleaning / re-stocking the condo after your stay. This is generally sufficient for the typical 3 - 4 day stay.
• For minimum stays of 7 days or more a mid-stay cleaning is performed at the OWNER'S EXPENSE.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 15 days before arrival date.

Our unit has a large refrigerator with freezer top, a Keurig coffee machine, beach chairs and an umbrella. I have also included wine bottle opener, knives, cutting board etc. for your enjoyment.
ARE THERE BEACH TOWELS TO TAKE TO THE BEACH?
Yes. Your stay includes free towels, which you can use at the pools or to take to the local beaches. However, you will be assessed a $35 fee by the owner if you do not return the towels to the unit.
