Luxurious Private Apartment in South Jordan, Utah

Guests can enjoy a spacious basement apartment featuring a garage and parking pad leading to the private entrance to the home. Fully furnished, this beautiful home includes three bedrooms - combined with a full kitchen, private laundry and high-speed WiFi, you'll feel right at home in this space.
Only 20 minutes from SLC Airport, 30 minutes from ski resorts and 5 minutes to two major highways. Secluded neighborhood but close to shopping malls, grocery stores and entertainment areas.

The Space
In this brand new home, you'll have access to an ample 1,600 sq ft beginning with a garage, parking pad and private entrance. The master bedroom and one guest bedroom each have beautiful King Beds, and the second guest bedroom contains queen over queen bunk beds - all topped with beautiful and luxurious linens, pillows and blankets. Each bedroom has their own closet and 55" smart TV, along with an additional 65" TV in the living area. Bathrooms are equipped with soaps, towels and blow dryers.

The living area has a comfortable leather couch to relax on or a small desk for getting work done. There are USB chargers throughout the space, so you'll never have to worry about your devices.

The kitchen and private laundry room come stocked with all the essentials for your stay; these include various food items, water bottles, toaster and coffee maker in the kitchen. The laundry room can accommodate each guest with our laundromat style washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, iron and ironing board available for use.

Guest Access
This is a basement apartment. Guests will have access to the bottom floor of our home. Accessible through the private 1 car garage, or via the side door by the available parking pad - both equipped with keypads for simple entry.

Other Things to Note
Because this is a basement apartment, there may be some noise from upstairs, as this is our main living area. However, we aim to be respectful and quiet as much as possible.

The Neighborhood
Home is located in a cul-de-sac as part of a brand new development in South Jordan, UT. We own another home across the street that is available for rentals with the same amenities as listed above; perfect for accommodating larger groups (8+ people).

The place is very clean and spacious for 8 people. Neighborhood is very safe and parking your car is not a problem. Kitchen ,everything you need is there. Bathroom is immaculately clean. Would say will go back again.

This was a great location and very clean. The kitchen had some snacks and breakfast items. Such a plus!! Would surely stay here again. I would love to see them add fans to the rooms as the heating/cooling has set parameters.

Wonderful Property with lots of extras!

I am so glad we stayed at this property! Drove to Utah from SoCal for a birthday snow trip and we were NOT disappointed! A private garage and an additional parking spot in the driveway was perfect for our two vehicles. The area was VERY nice, (like wow!) and the property was beyond our expectations! The fridge and pantry were full of items for us; BEYOND generous! Thank you for such a memorable trip. I look forward to renting this space again in the future!

I thought I was renting an entire home, but that's because of my lack of reading comprehension. Turned out to be a below ground living area, but in now way was this a negative. The area we stayed was absolutely beautiful! It was as large as my personal home, and just as comfortable. Although, where we stayed was beautiful, that wasn't what blew me away. It was the small things provided. The wet wipes and poo-pourri placed at every toilet, the laundry room, and most shockingly, the provided food. They had a full gallon of milk, carton of eggs, 7 types of cereal, a thousand eggo waffles, breakfast sandwiches, bread... Etc. I've never seen that before. The hosts know what they're doing, and I hope they continue to host and flourish with this endeavor. Thanks again to hosts for letting us stay in their home.

Perfect for a ski weekend!

We had two couples stay and we were both really comfy with king-size beds and our bathrooms—Easily could have fit more people! The owners were extremely responsive and let us check in early and helped us out when we couldn't find a can opener. They also had the kitchen SO well stocked for us—We were blown away by the generosity. Easy 30ish min drive to snowbird and solitude. 10/10 would stay again!

New and nicely furnished

This 3 bedroom 2 bath is actually a basement unit but it is super bright due to the ceiling lighting and the oversized window wells. The beds are new and very comfortable. The open floor plan makes it fun for all ( even the cook) Modern decor and very clean . Upscale neighborhood. Short drive to grocery store and the bus stops for the UTA to get up to the mountains to ski. We would come back for sure!

Property was even better than pictures on VRBO (pictures of the property is what drew us here). Everything was immaculate and luxurious as explained. Host was very accommodating in stocking unit with anything that could be needed for comfortable stay, and to have use of a garage was even better. I have already told family and friends about our wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Our friend from California said it was the best place he had stayed in also and would have an excellent review also. Communicating with host was very easy and they were very accommodating. Best stay.

This stay was ... dreamy! Our (all adults) family stayed over Christmas holiday, and the accommodations were tops! The check in/check out was simple and the hosts good to communicate with.
