A beautiful renovated Gite set in peaceful and tranquil Normandy countryside
La Perruche Holiday Gite has been renovated to a very high standard, with original beams remaining. The Gite consists of 3 bedrooms, one double with en-suite wet room on the ground floor, one twin room and one single room upstairs.
Upstairs has a second bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer box, cooker, toaster and kettle.
A flat screen television is provided for your entertainment with Freesat box, offering an abundance of English TV channels, along with puzzles, cards, magazines and some games.
The lounge offers a cosy wood burner for those cooler evenings and in the summer months the garden offers the relaxation of a hot tub. (July & August). The private garden also offers a BBQ and seating area with garden bench, chairs and table.
Kindly note, the hot tub is intended for adults only. Please do not leave children unattended in the hot tub.
All rooms have heating.
Logs can be purchased from the owner if you wish at 6 Euros per basket.
A small welcome basket will await your arrival, providing basic essentials to help you to settle in, including a bottle of wine. (wine included for 2+ nights booked).
Linen and towels provided free of charge.
Pets are welcome but must be treated for parasites. Kindly clean up after your pets.
Free wi-fi.
Free parking.
High chair and cot can be provided free of charge, upon request. Cot linen provided free of charge.

About the host

Born and lived in East Sussex, England, until 2014 when I moved to France permanently to fully renovate my house and Gite. The Gite took 9 months to complete and the hard work has finally finished, offering a warm and comfortable stay for everyone, from romantic weekends away for couples to family fun holidays. I am always on hand to accommodate and assist guests and I feel privileged to have had the pleasure and joy in meeting guests from all over the world who have stayed in the Gite.

Heusse is a quiet, tranquil village with views of the rolling countryside, yet just 4 kilometres from everything you need, such as groceries, fuel, pharmacy, bank, bar, vets and doctor's surgery. La Perruche Holiday Gite is set in beautiful countryside with far reaching views, offering relaxation and peace. There are local activities to enjoy and the community is very friendly, with British residents as well as the French residents.

La Perruche Holiday Gite is a quaint Gite with original beams and a wood burner for the cooler evenings, and beautiful country views. Its perfect for relaxing outside, reading a book and listening to the birds and the odd tractor. The hot tub is perfect for total relaxation and de-stressing.
