Beautifully Updated Condo in Beachfront Resort.

!! GOLDEN LOCATION!!

Beach Colony Oceanfront Resort is located on the exclusive Golden Mile, which is a much less crowded and more family-oriented section of Myrtle Beach. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing get-away that also offers an incredible number of activities and entertainment options within just a few miles.

Because our condo is an end unit, it has more windows, more space, more privacy, and less noise than the standard units. The additional windows flood the condo's living spaces with light, providing a bright and comfortable "home away from home". The balcony is situated so that it provides more privacy than most as well, allowing a gorgeous OCEAN VIEW of the beach and ocean.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Our condo's full renovation includes updated cabinets, appliances and granite counter tops. You will enjoy modern and comfortable furniture throughout as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The condo has 3 Smart TVs with Cable TV (including HBO), and free wireless internet access. We have provided plenty of books and games as well as a highchair and portable crib for families traveling with small children. The condo also comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two full-sized beds. Additionally, the living room has a full-size pull-out couch.

Great beach location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owners were very great communicators and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We LOVED the proximity to the beach and that they had beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas for us to use while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Trip for softball tournament

Fully furnished (including beach gear) and very clean condo. The fans in the bedrooms were much appreciated! The resort overall was very nice - restaurant/bar was great, pools and lazy river pleasant. Close to a lot of restaurants and things to do - some options were walking distance. Coffee shop less than half mile away was awesome!

Family Beach Vacation

Our stay was at the Beach colony was great. The room was very clean and was plenty big enough for the 3 of us with two bedrooms and bath. It also had stuff for the beach and pool if you needed it. The resort itself was very clean as well and the people there were very friendly, especially down at the little restaurant. Overall it was great stay and will hopefully be staying there again.

Why they chose this property

Myrtle Beach has become a favorite spot for our family. With so many available activities for all ages and range of interests, Myrtle Beach has something for everyone. With regard to 617 Beach Colony Resort, our family first stayed in this condo in October of 2019, and we loved it! We even got to know the owners, so when it became available, we knew we had to make it our second home. Beach Colony is ocean front and has all the amenities you could ever want. It is located within a stretch of Myrtle Beach known as the “Golden Mile”. Named for its picturesque scenery as well as its quiet and mostly residential setting, it is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the beach.
