Fantastic game room for the whole family - Remodeled!

Classic Arrowhead 'A Frame' style cabin with soaring ceilings and windows that display the gigantic, beautiful towering pine trees and natural landscape that these mountains have to offer. Remodeled, with central air conditioning (check with other cabins as most do not have air conditioning), this is not a business this is our second home and we have set it up to be the ultimate in modern, luxury and comfort. This home has an amazing game room that the whole family will enjoy! A full wet bar with flat screen TV mounted behind for the adults to congregate around and enjoy each others company that is adjacent to a built in and elevated pub seating area for playing cards, board games or simply hanging out with a good beverage. The game room also has a full size professional billiard table to complete the adult experience. The kiddos have plenty to enjoy in the game room and plenty of board games to keep them occupied and having fun. The game room opens up to the spacious driveway with 2 sliding glass doors so the kids can play basketball in the large concrete driveway or many of the various out door driveway games we supply. Your family will love it! Other amenities include 3 beautifully appointed and newly remodeled bedrooms and 2 remodeled bathrooms. Every guest will be comfortable with high end mattresses and sheets and a fully functional kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans necessary to cook all your meals in and share an enjoyable time around our 6 person dining table. If you need more eating space you can always send the kiddos down to the game room to eat at the elevated pub table. We also have washer and dryer to stay on top of your wardrobe needs. Our location is a hop skip and a jump away from the Blue Jay area and just a bit beyond is the Arrowhead Village shops and restaurants. Can't wait for you to experience our home and the Arrowhead lifestyle.

Everything was great, just a couple comments :Just to maybe check out, gas smell came from oven every time we turned on to preheat.Also advertised a bar b que, and there was not one there. Bunk beds were much more comfortable than the queen bed.

Fantastic cabin!

We stay at this cabin year after year. The game room downstairs really makes our stay special! All the family can be together while enjoying all the board games, or shooting pool. The living room is very spacious and the view is really amazing with the huge windows inviting all the outside nature in. We look forward to staying here again and again.

Gorgeous Lake Arrowhead Home

What a gem!! Great house!! Love the vaulted ceilings and tall windows in the living room. We cooked everyday and really enjoyed the remodeled new kitchen. Love the long driveway too.

Our favorite cabin

This is our 3rd visit to Lake Arrowhead for Easter and this cabin was by far our favorite. My kids loved the backyard, the property has a good incline for sledding and plenty room for building ⛄️. Along with a little creek running through made it perfect for kids. We also enjoyed the game room, where we spent the majority of our days. Great location, 5 min away from the grocery store, would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay, ideal for families with kids

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in excellent condition, super clean and comfortable. Warm, cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and the kids really enjoyed the game room. We got snow during our stay, which was great, and the owner was very responsive, answered all our questions promptly and there is a plowing service that comes and lets you drive out really easily. We’ll be back for sure.

Very picturesque

Gorgeous, spacious home. It had snowed a couple nights before and the landscape looked like it was right out of a holiday movie. Close in proximity to the village and grocery store; very clean and accommodating.

Visited for a few days after New Years. Beautiful house, extremely clean. Bathrooms and kitchen feel new. Great bedrooms and well laid out. Pool table was fun. TVs/oven/heat worked great. Very comfortable and nice, quiet neighborhood in the forest.

Perfect Lake Arrowhead Getaway

This is place is a gem and we loved staying here. The property seems to be recently renovated, was beautiful property and in great condition, clean and the location is ideal - close to everything. The property owners Tim and Shawna were very nice and super responsive. I can’t say enough about them. The mattresses are a little firm but other than than we had a great stay here and enjoyed the fireplace, deck, game room and cooking. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for the perfect getaway to Lake Arrowhead.

Perfect Weekend

It was just our family celebrating our sons 10th birthday and it was an amazing weekend. Everything about this house was absolutely perfect and I will be booking again! The TVs and thermostat were “smart” and made it very easy to use. They supplied everything we needed and it was perfect!! They were very communicative. HIGHLY recommend this property.

Simply Amazing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Communication from the host was super good and helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. The cabin is super nice and my kids especially enjoyed the game room. Playing pool, cards at the card table and access to the massive driveway was awesome. It was nice for us to be able to relax and let them outside to play and not worry as the property seems fairly large. They went out back and there was a stream that runs from up the mountain through their backyard while it was raining. Overall, we love this place and will definitely stay here again!

New Year’s Eve Getaway

We were impressed by the spacious cabin for a family of 5. The kids loved the game room especially the pool table, chess and chutes and ladders. The WiFi was great! We had 6 devices connected and had no issues. The host communicated best through texting and check in / check out was a breeze. The kitchen had many dishes and cookware to use. Definitely could use some improvements with fixing the uneven wooden floors in the future. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and happy with how close stater bros was to us.

Superbowl Birthday Weekend

My family takes a trip to Lake Arrowhead every year for my birthday. It was EXTRA special because the Chiefs are my football team. We look forward to our stay every year, and this Rental was the BEST we've stayed in. It is beautiful! Modern, yet cozy like a cabin, the scenery is amazing and the rec room is fun for all ages. Our family is growing so we might not be able to return since it is for max 8 adults, but I highly recommend this property. The host are great and responded to my messages quickly and politely. Best vacation weekend!

Last minute family getaway

The property was exactly as pictured, very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very patient and helpful when I was having trouble getting my check-in instructions because I mistyped my email address during the booking. He did everything he could to make sure things were sorted out. I greatly appreciated his help as I know it was not part of his responsibility. Highly recommend this cabin, we hope to come back in the summer and stay a little longer.

Fantastic Home

This home was incredibly clean, well designed, and well-appointed. We found everything we needed. The owner is incredibly responsive to my inquiries and requests. The only category that I gave less than a 5 was for location and neighborhood. While both are great, this house does not have a view. If you want a view because you are up in the mountains, you will be disappointed, but not about anything else in this home!

City Getaway!

My family and I loved this house. We came here for my 34th bday and it was the best bday ever, away from the busy city. Tim and Shawna were amazing when it came to any questions we had. The property was calm and quiet. My kids enjoyed the game room and the scooters that were available to their use. The house was clean and comfortable. No complaints what so ever. The game room was fully equipped with board games for the kids and the pool table was a hit with my siblings when they came to visit for the day. I fully recommend this place as a family getaway. Hope we can come back to visit soon.
