About this property

Please note the suite is on the 2nd floor of my apartment, this listing is not for an entire unit. The space is very private.

You'll be staying in a spacious suite with its own terrace, where you'll enjoy great views of the city! A Queen size bed, memory foam mattress. Fast 300MB WiFi, UHD 4K 55" Tv with Netflix and Cable Tv. Full ensuite bathroom, spacious downpour shower and a kitchenette.

You'll enjoy sleeping in the queen size, memory foam bed with 300-thread cotton linens. The kitchenette includes a microwave, minifridge, kettle and all the tableware necesary to enjoy meals without leaving your suite. The bathroom features a spacious shower with a downpour head to ensure a pleasant showering experience!

For 2-week long stays and up, I have a policy of doing housekeeping on a weekly basis, which includes cleaning of the space and linens change. This has an additional cost of $15 per cleaning, which would be charged separetely through Airbnb. It is in both parties interest to maintain a clean space! :)

Excellent trip

Really enjoyed the neighborhood, very quiet and there is a nice park nearby. Walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants as well. Fernando was an excellent host who was easy to communicate with and let me use his dryer as well. Would recommend to others.

Why they chose this property

San Isidro is one of the most upscale and safe neighborhoods in Lima, but it's also centrally located in the city, so pretty much evertyhing is nearby (Miraflores and the Historic Center especially). Just a corner away from the apartment you'll find 2 de Mayo, an avenue filled with great restaurants and supermarkets just a few steps away! They say it's all about location, and this one is great. It is why I personally chose to live in this area.
