Tropic Schooner Get Away

We enjoyed our stay and the Tropic Schooner community were very friendly. Great location and very quiet area to walk and ride bikes and see the resident alligators.

Great location

Loved the condo location, near Marco island and very private area also next to the pool. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes pans and utensils. Would like to rent there again

Nice, comfortable condo, great location: quiet spot near Marco and Naples. Nice pool area. Met so many friendly and courteous owners & renters. Unit is older but very clean. Many odd minor issues (multiple burned out light bulbs, no heads up on parking pass, etc.) but nothing major. Owner responsive and helpful.

Nice retreat

The property manager/owner was very responsive to the couple of issues we had while staying there. The pool is very, very nice and the other residents friendly. A dinner and a happy hour at the clubhouse made it easy to meet people. Weather was perfect and we got to see the alligator in the pond!

this condo needs renovation. dishwasher not working, ice maker leaked, closet door won't open. pool and tropic schooner resort were wonderful. many amenities. I would recommend the resort to anyone. Once this condo is updated I would stay again.

Condo Close to Marco Island

We stayed for the month of February. The condo is conveniently located beside the pool. It has a screened porch looking over the parking lot, but also has a lovely sunrise view. John-Paul was very quick to respond to our questions. There were a few maintenance issues that were quickly taken care of. The residents of the community were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Fun in Naples

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went to the pool nearly every day to soak up the sun and fun. Place was very nice and comfortable. Had everything we needed!
