Step outside your back door and you are right on the Silverthorne ski run and the 6 person Quick Silver chairlift. Less than a 5 minute walk to town and Main St. This beautifully remodeled 560 sq ft one-bedroom retreat offers the perfect blend of mountain charm and modern comfort for up to four guests.
The Ski School (both adults and kids) is located next door at the Village at Breckenridge. So convenient! The daycare is also close by located in the Beaver Run Resort.

• Cozy living room with a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace.
• Comfortable queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.
• 42" flat-screen TV for entertainment.
• Unique mountain views from this corner unit.
• Private balcony with two chairs and a small table, accessible from the living room.
KITCHEN & DINING:
• Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops.
• Stainless steel, state-of-the-art appliances.

HOUSEKEEPING: Professional cleaning before check in. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $84 so please take this into the price consideration as it will be added once booked. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $84. Please let us know ahead of time.
All guests will receive a Guest Welcome Book link with information about the condo, town and mountains. We have also partnered with several local companies for discounts.
Cancellations/Refunds:
No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the full amount for the reserved stay. All requests for cancellations and changes to reservations must be made in writing. Travel Insurance will protect you so please consider purchasing. We recommend iTravelInsured.

This condo is located next door to the 1 bedroom Trails End #408 we also own. It is perfect for families or friends that want to travel together but may want separate accommodations. They are both located at the end of the hall and very private away from the general traffic. Each unit is a perfect size for a couple or small family.
SEASONAL UPDATES: (Dates subject to change)
Peak 9 usually closes Quick Silver Lift mid April. After this date we will not be a ski in/out property however the remainder of the ski season Peak 7/8 remain open and will be accessible via free local bus or gondola. Quick Silver lift will reopen the week of Thanksgiving (date subject to ski conditions).
* If you do not see a confirmation and arrival email/text after booking within 24 hours from our management company as well as Tanya Kogan please check your JUNK/SPAM Folder. Instant Booking is available but please note no booking is confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation from us.

Your owners are Jim, Tanya and our two sons. We started BreckCondoWithAView over 20 years ago. We have 4 condos in beautiful Breckenridge, we've lived abroad in both New Zealand and Latvia and love to travel. Some of the best memories we've had are through these experiences which is why we love to come to Breckenridge. We love the outdoors and all the seasons Colorado has to offer. We are happy to share our knowledge of the town and answer any questions you may have to make your stay with us the best it can be.
Why they chose this property
There's a saying in Texas, 'I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could.' Well, we feel the same way about Colorado. We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. It has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaways with you too.
