(25 years of age or older ONLY) NON- SMOKING..Brownstone in "Center Square". By shops, restaurants/night life. NEAR Albany Med, State Offices, The EGG, The Empire State Plaza. Short drive to Saratoga Raceway and Lake George. 5 Mins to Palace theater/Times Union. Furnished with you in mind. The ultimate location for you to experience Albany with all the conveniences you need for your extended stay. I would love to host you in my apartment, send me a message with any questions you might have. Parking lot parking behind building available from Monday thru Thursdays from 5:00pm through 7:30am. Friday from 5:00pm Through Monday at 7:30am.

Downtown Albany

Super clean and nicely renovated property with brand new kitchen and bath. VERY convenient to downtown Albany ( minutes to walk) Owner easy to reach and responsive. Mixed neighborhood so a little noisy outside at night, but for the convenience, you can't beat it.

Great guest! For future guests: The apartment is in the city of Albany, walking distance to capital building, right on Washington Avenue. During business hours it can be quite busy and noisy. Other than that, the apartment is immaculately clean and safe.

Apartment was clean and bright. Kitchen had adequate supplies. Walking distance to downtown. Street noise in bedrooms quite noticeable.
