Quietly located, close to the sea, shops, restaurants and transport, it has 2 covered terraces (one on the ground floor and the other upstairs), 1 outdoor terrace, 1 large living room -dining room with bar area, 1 TV lounge, 1 small office, as well as a beautiful fitted kitchen (including dishwasher). Air conditioning installed in each bedroom and in the TV lounge. With its large swimming pool and outdoor shower, it also has a pretty garden with trees and flowers, with outdoor sink and barbecue. Car parking is available.
