This small House of 45 m2 approx (living room, open kitchen, dressing room, shower room, bedroom) on a plot of 1450 m2 fully enclosed with swimming pool, swing, barbecue, ... is the ideal starting point to discover the Basin d'Arcachon, Cap ferret, Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat.
The Bassin is 100 meters away (beach at the end of the street), the Ocean beaches at 20 minutes. The shopping center of Andernos is a 5-minute walk away.

4X10M swimming pool (secure swimming pool with alarm and heat pump) Heated from May to All Saints;
Swing, Barbecue.

This little house is made up of:

- Living / Furnished / equipped living room with sofa convertible into a double bed. Dressing.
- Open fitted kitchen (cooking, fridge, coffee maker, microwave ...).
- Shower room with shower.
- Beautiful bedroom with double bed 140X200.

Quiet with Beach at 100 meters, the shopping center of Andernos les Bains is 5 minutes walk (shops, restaurants, pier, port ...).
Bicycle paths in the immediate vicinity.
It is the ideal starting point to discover the Arcachon Basin, the seaside resort of Andernos, Cap Ferret, Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat.
The Bassin is 100 meters away, Cap Ferret and the Ocean beaches 20 minutes away.

The house is an outbuilding of our holiday house (located on the same land on the other side of the swimming pool, the other house is not occupied except when we are present, we will inform you when booking, so you you are the only one enjoying the house and the garden, we never rent the 2 houses simultaneously). You therefore enjoy the swimming pool alone.

The swimming pool and the garden are maintained by professionals.

The house is new and the furniture new. Quality equipment.

Concierge service which can offer you an option at the price per stay of € 15 per person (10 for children) the option of household linen, namely sheets, duvet covers, towels, bath mat and kitchen towels. Service provided by concierge. Remember to book before your arrival.

End of stay cleaning is included.
