3 Bedroom 2.5 bath house located at the North end of 28th Street in Spanish Wells just 20 second walk to Beach. Fully furnished with central A/C free WIFI and cable TV.
1 King with private bath downstairs plus queen pull out sofa in living room.
1 King and 1 Queen bed upstairs with full bath.
Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water!!!!
We also offer Boat Charters to Swimming Pigs, Fishing, Swimming with Turtles, Ocean Swings, Swimming with and feeding stingrays, snorkeling, beach picnics etc with Capt. Kid & Son Charters, captainkidtours.com

House is in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the dead end street with sand path leading to the Beach just 400 ft away. Area on beach with chaise loungers, chairs, beach umbrella and gas grill all provide. New construction completed in November of 2019. We also have another VRBO property id 1846490 Turtle Shell Cottage that was completed at the same time.
Free Kayak provided for use.
2 Bicycles provided for free.
4 seat golf cart provided for Free !!!!.
Additional 4 seat and 6 seat Golf Cart Available for rent!
House is fully furnished with all linens, bath and beach towels and cooking utensils.
Kayak and bicycles provided for free upon request.
Island is a primarily European based island. It has 6 restaurants, 4 Bars, 1 large very nice grocery store, 2 small grocery Stores, and 3 Liquor Stores.
Island is only 7 miles from closest Airport, North Eleuthera Airport or airport code is ELH. It is a 10 minute taxi ride followed by a 5 minute ferry ride over to to the island. Spanish Wells. Once you provide us with your flight information we will arrange your transportation from the airport to the island with local shuttle company. Cost is only $20/person for both water and land taxi. Once you arrive on island we will meet you and take you to the house and answer any questions you might have and get you all settled in.
In an attempt to make our property more affordable for smaller groups our pricing is based on 1-6 persons. Once correct amount is entered at booking correct price will be calculated. If changes are made to the number of guest home owner must be notified and applicable extra guest fee will have to be paid prior to arrival or access to the property will not be granted.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had the most amazing stay in Spanish Wells at Green Turtle Cottage. The home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. They had SO many extras and amenities available like floats, beach lounge chairs, umbrella, etc. The owners, Jody and Tara have put so much thought into how the property as a whole I laid out and kept pristine! We loved our stay and will definitely be back soon!

Bahamas for Christmas

We had a fantastic stay for a week with my family and two grandmother's. Comfortable, clean, close to a private beach and plenty of room to spread out. Loved Spanish Wells and hope to be back!

My family stayed in this lovely bungalow steps from one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. All our needs for a relaxing family trip were met - bicycles, a golf cart, kayaks, beach loungers and chairs, and beach towels. On the beach, we watched sea turtles, rays and fish. And we spent a wonderful half-day on the ocean with Captain Kid Charters - pigs, turtles, rays, reefs and a shipwreck. We have no reservation staying in this home on the next trip to Spanish Wells.

A girls get away

We so enjoyed our trip to Spanish Wells!The Gene Turtle Cottage was just the place to relax and enjoy the beach and sun !It was nice to have the golf cart that came with the cottage.Jody was a great host ! I wish we had more time to talk with him to learn more about the island ! We did two of his tours with Ivan and had a blast Ivan is a great Captain!!We will be back for sure !

We had an amazing vacay!! The Green Turtle Beach House was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Bonus: our own private beach access that included towels, chairs, shade, umbrellas, AND a kayak, a golf cart and bicycles!!! Wonderful and amazing!

The green turtle was fantastic! Its location is perfect and the island is just beautiful. We loved the outside shower and Jody and Tara were great to deal with, answering all my questions before we even arrived. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. I hope we can make it back to Spanish Wells sooner than later!

Great stay!!

Me and my family rented the Green turtle for a week in April. The house was beyond expectations and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Was very surprised on how big the house was on the inside. It was very clean and modern. The property was well kept and just a short walk to the beach. The free golf cart was an added bonus and was brand new. Definitely will rent again and would recommend to anyone!

We had a great time in Spanish Wells. The Green Turtle Cottage was clean, had everything we needed, and was was a short walk to the beach. The property owners, Jody and Tara, were friendly and helpful. They checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. They even brought us fresh baked muffins on our last day. We are already making plans to return.

Nice Cottage in a Great Location!

The house worked really well for our group. We were a group of 6; two parents with adult children and their friends. The proximity to the beach is awesome, and the beach itself is wonderful. We cooked most of our meals at home, and the house is stocked with most of what is needed to cook. Beds are comfortable. It was great to have two bedrooms with king beds! House was clean, and it was great to have the outdoor seating area and outdoor shower. We loved our trip!

My name is Jody Pinder and my wife Tara Pinder are natives to the Island and have lived here all our lives. I spent 30 years in the local lobster fishing industry where I was captain of one of the local fishing boats for 20 years and now manages a few rental properties on the Beach, SummerSunset and Ocean Dreams. I also now own and operate a local tour company Named Capt. Kid & Son Charters. we will be happy to take you out on a boat tour to see the swimming pigs, swim with turtles, visit secluded beaches , do some fishing etc. with this company. All tours are private and customize for every customer.
My wife Tara is a Dog groomer on the Island and helps me manage the properties. We have 3 kids all grown and out of the house now. We have owned and managed the Beach Houses now for the last few years. Ocean Dreams for 15 years and Summer Sunset for 7 years. We will ensure all of your needs are taken care of on the island and make the arrangements to get you from the airport to the house and back to the airport If you have any questions about us please refer to the reviews on Ocean Dreams and Summer Sunset beach cottages. We have just built this house in 2019 and 2 others as well Green Turtle Cottage and Turtle Shell Cottage completing on Nov 6 2019. All 3 new houses have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath.

Property is Brand new and is in a great location on the island. Location, Location Location. Restaurants and grocery store are all less than 1 mile away and accessible by walking or Golf Cart (recommended). It is only 400 ft down sand path to the Beautiful North Side Beach In Spanish Wells and has all the amenities provided. Tara and I will also be excellent host to you assisting you with whatever you need while on the island.
