Charming house located in Wilmington on a very quiet street. Private parking under a carport as well as street parking.
2-bedroom, 1 bath with all the necessities are provided to make your stay feel like you are at home.
Internet is available as well as access to Amazon, and Netflix and HULU.
The house is located within walking distance of shopping, several restaurants, Krogers, movie theater & G.D. WILLIAMS park -enjoy walking/ bicycle path, tennis, basketball, and volleyball, pond, kids large wooden playset, splash park.
It is one mile to our historic downtown as well as a few minutes’ drive to the World Equestrian Center (approximately 5 miles)

We enjoyed this home for a few days while horse showing at WEC. The location was nice for quick access to a grocery stores and multiple restaurants, plus only 12 minutes from the show grounds.While the beds could have been more comfortable, the house was welcoming with coffee supplies and a convenient laundry set up. The home size and bedroom layout worked well for my daughter and me.

We had a great stay at this charming home! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and full of thoughtful touches—like the coffee bar and holiday decor that we loved.
