tout y est ; emplacement, propreté, divers équipements, fonctionnalité, espace de vie. seule chose : sauf erreur de ma part, il n'est pas précisé qu'il est possible de demander à la concierge de fournir linge de couchage et de toilette.

Désenchantement total

Conciergerie aux abonnés absents donc pas d'accueil et pas d'état des lieux... Logement dans son jus. Hormis la situation et la partie cuisine-salon, c'était excessivement Bruyant, étriqué et dangereux avec des marches entre chambres, couloir et autres pièces.
