The completely remodeled Magnolia Honeymoon Cottage is the epitome of a romantic Beachfront "Honeymoon Cottage". The soft neutral colors and hardwood floors used throughout the cottage presents a timeless, tranquil feel that is sure to please the senses.

Seaside’s Honeymoon Cottages, with 1,032 square feet of indoor/outdoor living, were designed from inspiration of Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and are perfectly nested behind the dunes for ultimate ground floor privacy. Please NOTE, Magnolia Honeymoon Cottage accommodates 2 adults only (25+) and is not suitable for infants or children. Wi-Fi, bathrobes, 2 bicycles, 2 beach towels, daily beach service (available March through November only) and assigned parking are provided for use during your stay.

The ground level entrance opens into the spacious Master Suite with sumptuous King bed, Smart TV (no local cable), bureau, bedside tables with lamps, Euro-style washer/dryer, discreet water closet with sink, marble walk-in shower and an additional, larger vanity sink. Located just outside, the dune-level private porch with soaking tub is the perfect accent of relaxation and serenity while being worthy for the perfect honeymoon experience. Shutters may be opened or closed for privacy or soothing Gulf breezes.

Ascending to the second floor, prepare to be amazed by the beautifully decorated and elegant living area with panoramic Gulf views. The delightful kitchen is complete with custom glass and wood cabinets, bistro dining for two, fridge/freezer drawers, custom wine station, microwave, gas range and farmhouse sink, while the living area features Smart TV (no local cable), plush sectional sofa and coffee table.

The masterpiece of our beautiful Magnolia Honeymoon Cottage is the breathtaking views from the covered porch off the living room. Enjoy al fresco dining, coffee or cocktails from the bar height table and chairs, or lay back in the swinging bed for ultimate relaxation provided by the soothing surf of the Gulf of Mexico. All combine to create the perfect spot for enjoying spectacular sunrises and romantic sunsets.

Guests have accessibility to 3 pools, 6 tennis courts (fees apply), croquet courts, private fitness center and multiple parks. You are within walking distance to the delectable delights on Air Stream Row, as well as several other amazing local restaurants, retail establishments, quaint gourmet grocery, chapel and artist galleries along the Town Center and Ruskin Place. A short drive in either direction will take you through the many beach communities of 30A, each unique in their own special way, and each offering amazing restaurants, art galleries and local boutique shopping. For a special treat, enjoy a bike ride along the Timpoochee Trail, which runs parallel the entire length of 30A, or visit one of our three amazingly beautiful State Parks – Tops'l, Grayton Beach and Deer Lake – to experience the natural essence of the Gulf, filled with wildlife, rare coastal lakes, dunes, incredible views and beaches you'll never forget.

NOTE - we automatically include the cost of Swim and Fitness passes to our Seaside reservations. This charge is optional with Grayt 30A Vacations. If you DO NOT want access to any of the community pools and/or the fitness center during your stay, please call us directly and immediately after booking if you would like to remove this charge. Once removed from the stay, this charge cannot be added back on. Charge varies and is dependent on length of stay. Two wristbands and one parking pass are left inside the home for guest use. If any wristbands and/or parking passes are missing upon departure, a replacement charge of $150 + tax per item will be charged to guest.

Magnolia Honeymoon Cottage is the ideal romantic accommodation for couples looking to celebrate a honeymoon, anniversary or other special occasion. Children/infants are NOT allowed.

Please NOTE - No local cable channels on Smart TV's; streaming services available with guest account login. Neither golf carts nor on-street parking are allowed in Seaside. Children/infants are NOT allowed.
