Why they chose this property
South Bay Farm is a vacationer's sanctuary, Beautiful interiors to lounge in, views do not disappoint. Quiet and private, but quick trip to town and beaches. Its a quick trip to Manhattan, 4 minutes to LIRR, 1.25 hrs on the jitney, but when you are here you will feel very far away in the lush countryside. Eastport is a town that managed to stay charming and quiet. We have ponds and creeks around every bend, a fabulous horse farm, antiques shops and an old fashioned luncheonette.
What makes this property unique
The house is filled with fascinating books, musical instruments and toys. There is a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with a table for 8. There is a ginormous hot tub with a fountain and colored lights adjacent to the deck.
