Beautiful and spacious property in Genzano di Roma, near Rome 20 minutes by train !!! 160 m2 for the exclusive use of guests. Villa Sara is located in the center of a huge and luxuriant park of 3000 square meters with large trees and plants and is located on a hill that boasts a breathtaking view of the Castelli Romani, where tranquillity, peace and nature reign supreme. The hand, the great attention to cleanliness, taste and wisdom pervade every room of the house, crossing the true tradition of living well. The villa, on two floors, can accommodate up to 10 guests (plus a child) and consists of a large living room, a super-equipped eat-in kitchen, an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a utility room. Upstairs, a delightful and bright living room with a double bed, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa is intended for the exclusive use of guests who book, without anyone else.
The finishes are luxurious, studied in detail and made with quality materials. The villa is very comfortable and complete with all ancillary services and all the comforts and is fully air-conditioned. In front of the property a characteristic and beautiful outbuilding (open space) defined by the kind guests as "SUPER", a wonderful real home that offers the opportunity to enjoy excellent aperitifs, have lunch and dinner quietly, spending days in total relaxation as it is equipped with everything. The exclusive swimming pool offers moments of fun and relaxation and is equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs. We can only wish you .... have fun! Complete supply of sheets, towels, beach towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, high chairs and cots. On request it is possible to take advantage of daily cleaning and restaurant service.

Up to 6 guests will have the Villa at their disposal on the ground floor. Guests who wish to use the upper floor for their convenience or for any other reason, even if there are 6 of them, will have to add a supplement of € 100.00 per day and will have the entire apartment on the upper floor at their disposal.
The Villa is never shared with other guests. The guest who books has the entire property available for HIS EXCLUSIVE USE, both in 2 and in 10.

The property and villa were amazing. We loved the outdoor kitchen and spent most of our time out there. The house was well equipped for any meal needs. We enjoyed our stay! Nothing to say except everything was wonderful.

Overall, the property was better than we expected. The outdoor kitchen was a great place for lunches and we had coffee by the pool every morning. The gift basket they left for us was a great surprise, pasta, sauce, coffee, sugar, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better location or for better hosts.

Beautiful vacation

We took a European cruise and after returning to Rome stayed in a Villa outside the city, it was hands down the best rental we ever stayed in, The hosts were 5 star, they provided authentic Italian breakfast and some dinners for us and were the nicest people we ever met, if in Rome a must stay!!! Can’t say enough good things!!!

The property and hosts exceeded all expectations. Amazing Home!

Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!

“EXCEPTIONAL HOME AND HOST”!! This location exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing location with beautiful surroundings. The kids loved the pool and ping pong table. The outside kitchen was a great gathering spot for all our meals. It allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather while cooking and eating. The host made us a fantastic homemade meal. The also greeted us with a beautiful welcome basket. It was a wonderful surprise! We would highly recommend this to anyone!! You would not be disappointed.

Family Holiday to visit Rome

The property is fantastic and provides a great place to relax by the pool and enjoy the poolside summer house and kitchen. Everything we needed was there and it was spotlessly clean. Sara and her family were very welcoming and available for any assistance. Rome is easily accessible by train with the station only a 15 minute drive from the villa and plenty of free parking. This was the perfect location for visits to Rome and to have a quiet and relaxed out of town base. We would definitely recommend it!

Amazing private relaxing home

Everything about our stay was superb. The house was spacious and beautiful. Sara was absolutely amazing providing us with amazing cities to visit close to the rental. Anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful space to stay in Italy should definitely try this property. A car rental is recommended for the experience to visit surrounding villages and to get to the train station that is short commute to major cities. I can not thank our hosts more for an incredibly experience.

A very relaxing comfortable place to stay

It’s a perfect holiday villa, lots of space inside and out, a fantastic outdoor kitchen, dining area, excellent pool and it is needed for a relaxing holiday. Sarah and Fabrizio are wonderful hosts. Genzano is a lovely town, with great places to eat and a friendly happy atmosphere. The Infiorata was a real bonus. Easy to get to Rome by train and seaside towns as well. We loved it. The Villa is ideally situated to explore the wonderful countryside of Castelli Romani. There is everything you need and even more. We had a beautiful holiday in Villa Sara. The property was very spacious, clean, well maintained and very, very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the Villa because the atmosphere is fantastic and you never want to leave. Friendly and helpful owners. A paradise ....... we hope to return next year for a summer holiday!!

Amazing property, incredible host

The countryside location was beautiful and made for a super relaxing holiday, also with easy access to Rome. The house and grounds are spacious and beautifully kept and the pool was lovely and refreshing. We had everything we could possibly need in the fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Sara is incredibly kind, generous and accommodating. She was always available to answer questions and help in any way. A Perfect Stay in Italy!

We had a truly wonderful experience at this beautiful, updated home in Italy. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—Sara left us a thoughtful basket filled with spaghetti, pasta sauce, and a generous selection of snacks, which was such a kind gesture.Communication was excellent throughout our stay. We were blown away with the beauty of this property! It was so peaceful, and quiet, and very clean. It had everything we needed and then some. Tucked away in the countryside. Our hosts were the absolutely sweetest! So kind and generous, I felt like family immeadiately after we arrived. It was also very accommodating for our young children. We loved it so much, we want to go back to this exact location and the same hosts. So much space and outdoor area to stretch all of our legs! The in-ground pool was perfect along with the stunning outdoor kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Grazie mille!

The property was beautiful. It is clean and extremely well maintained. We traveled with a group of 8 adults, and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for all! The property could easily hold up to 10. Our villa hosts, Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara, made this trip truly special. They make you feel like family, and assist you with any needs or questions you might have. This trip was wonderful, and we chose the perfect place to stay! I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!!

Lovely host and host famlly

This is a very comfotrable house, with a terrific pool area and poolhouse. All what you need in terms of equipment is there. Good working Airco, important since it was 37 degrees when we visited. Nice table tennis table too. Sara and her Father Fabrizio (and his lovely wife) are super hosts, who will help you getting into the best restaurants and have good advise about nice places to visit in the area. React on the spot when you might have requests. Fabrizio hosts a great Carbonara. Our favourit trip: Nemi( 15 minutes drive). All in all would highly recommend.

Host couldn't have been more helpful

A lovely property but a little difficult to find. Everything about the property itself was a real home-from-home but better! Sarah was so helpful; she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we received a parking ticket despite having displayed a UK blue badge, she obtained a cancellation from the police for us! In the summer this must be a wonderful place to stay for all ages. It was great to have bathrooms for each bedroom with what seemed like unlimited hot water. In April, the heating was most welcome. We would recommend this property whole-heartedly.

The pros:We all had an absolutely amazing time, why?We came to stay at Villa Sara from a very busy few days stay in the City of Rome and needed some R&R! We definitely got this and so much more! From the very booking communication was prompt and available when needed, a warm and friendly welcome on arrival by Sara and her father. The villa inside was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable with absolutely everything you need (including a lovely little welcome basket ) Outside is breathtakingly beautiful! With a large pool, outdoor kitchen with bathroom, and the most lovely views of lemon and olive trees surround you. A car is a must, with local supermarkets and restaurants near by. We were also able to visit Nemi and lake Nemi (recommended by Sara) just stunning 🤩 and a trip to Pompeii was do able. Sara, her family and the Villa is a rare find and we’re so grateful we got to stay here and meet them. Cons: We had to leave. The 8 days are not long enough, however, Sara has said we’re welcome back Villa Sara, along with the family will be special memories for us and has totally made us fall in love with Italy x x x

Along with my wife Rossella and my daughter Sara decided to make available this beautiful property constructed by me because we like to broaden horizons and meet new people. We hope to meet lots of nice people who appreciate our home and we make known their culture and why not ... make many friends!

Why they chose this property

I decided to rent this property at the end of July 2015, a little late to tell the truth, because it is a beautiful place that is worth visiting at least once. We decided to make available to our guests Villa to make it known and appreciated in all His beauty !! It appears to be a magic world and if you want relax, calm, comfort and good food you have found the right place ............... we are waiting for you !!!!!!

What makes this property unique

This villa was built in 2001 by me, treated in detail. Have been the love and passion that led me to create this corner of paradise, the search for a different place to enjoy the beauty of the landscape, good air, the big trees, the oaks, fine cuisine and in summer, fresh and genuine garden produce. Guests will enjoy unforgettable moments.
