We stayed here for 9 days and it is an amazing property, both inside and out. Very quite and convenient to our event. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
Stayed with a group of 11 ages 7-50 had plenty of room for us, played in the yard, visited the horses worked out in the gym. Something for everyone, hot water, warm home, lots of suppplies for us.
We stayed a few days in this home and the view was spectacular. The little town of Palisades was cute. We had great food and even attended a farmers market. The place was clean and spacious and the owners were very responsive. I would recommend staying here.
We enjoyed a nice relaxing getaway in Palisade and this home met our expectations. Sitting on the back patio and deck in the orchard watching the sun set on the cliffs was beautiful. The home was clean, large, and accommodated us easily. Would definitely return to the property!
We were lucky to have found this home to rent for the week. The view of the peach orchard and bookcliffs was amazing! We spent several nights star gazing in the backyard.
The rooms were a good size and we loved that there was a well equipped gym. The owner was quick to respond when we asked that the rower battery be changed.
Highly recommend renting this home for your stay in Palisade.
This property is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect spot for our girls weekend in Palisade. The host was very friendly. Good communication and good directions/instructions before check in. 2 nice patios. Gorgeous views. Close to everything in town. The owners do live on site but our area did feel pretty seperated from the other side of the house but something to be aware of. We never felt any invasion of space and they were always very nice. There is a peach farm on site so you may see workers picking peaches during peach season. Beautiful horses on site as well. Overall it was a great trip and a great place to stay. We would stay here again.
Overall, it was a great stay and a nice property. The only thing to note is this property is a duplex, and there are other residents that reside on the property. This is very hard to tell from the online listing.
If you are looking for bedrooms, this property is a great option. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the main level, and two more bedrooms and a bath upstairs. We were in town for a wedding with our three teenage boys and everyone enjoyed having their own room! The kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer came in handy. The ping pong table was also appreciated! The location by great coffee, restaurants, and the farmer's market was super convenient!
We stayed here the weekend of the Colorado Winefest and it was great!
Communication with the owner was easy in answering our questions. We enjoyed sitting outside around the fireplace.
Thanks for sharing your home Eric.

Property was well kept. We enjoyed our stay. I had read reviews so I was aware that this was a unit attached to the owners home. Not a problem at all, but just something to be aware of.
This was an amazing experience for us! From booking the property to moving in for a few days it was very easy to work with Eric (the owner) and the house was perfect: enough space for the 6 of us to sleep, eat, relax and enjoy each other in this beautiful setting. It exceeded our expectations! I have no reservations highly recommending this property to others!
This was the perfect place for our retreat. We were able to relax, work and enjoy palisade. It was very clean and had plenty of space. We plan on staying there again.
Everything was well cared for and house was more than adequate for all 14 members of our family.
The patios were used for our birthday dinner and when a down pour of rain happened, no problem, we moved to the other one and partied on.
One thing that would have helped is a handrail going into the house and grab bars inside tub//shower and one to use stepping out. My wife one of family and me have leg and walking issues.
One more thing the freezer got cold enough but the refrigerator was not and the microwave in the kitchen turned off before the microwaveable item had finished.
Thank you so much you made our 70th & 80th. Birthdays so much fun.
This was the second of three places we stayed in while our home was being repaired. Nice place with amazing views. Eric was great at helping with anything we needed. We will recommend this place to family and friends when they come visit. Super close to winery's, fruit stands, and all the Palisade charms.
We stayed here recently for a family wedding and the property was perfect. We had three families and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The game room was a hit and the backyard space was beautiful for relaxing evenings and yard games. We highly recommend if you’re looking for a CO wine country getaway.
The property was very spacious & clean & the beds were very comfortable. We had a group of 7 women & we didn’t feel cramped at all. It was nice to be able to make breakfast in the morning before heading out to explore. The outdoor space was very calm & relaxing & we enjoyed the fire pit one evening.
The location was close to all that Palisade has to offer & Grand Junction was a short commute away as well for additional hiking & shopping if desired. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
