Our 2 bedroom / 2 full bath condo is located in The Cove on Indian Point Resort (formally Eagles Nest Resort), nestled in the beautiful Ozarks on Table Rock Lake. We are only 5 minutes away from Silver Dollar City and 7 miles from the famous 76 Strip. Secluded, yet minutes away from all Branson has to offer.

Comfortably decorated and super clean, the condo provides all the comforts of home after a busy day at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, sightseeing around Branson, live shows, golf, shopping or dining. Our unit is located on the ground level, approximately 15 stairs down from the parking lot. Being a ground level unit allows easy access to the yard area, playground, pool, tennis court, and the other Resort amenities just right off our back 20ft patio.

* FAMILY ROOM: Cable, WiFi, 55” flat screen HDTV, DVD player, Wii with games, and USB charging port in wall outlet. The queen-size sofa has a plush queen size mattress which ensures all guests will sleep comfortably.

* MASTER SUITE: King size bed, flat screen HDTV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, adjoining master ensuite bathroom, and walkout access to the 20ft patio.

* GUEST BEDROOM: Queen size bed, flat screen HDTV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, and private access to the adjoining full bathroom.

* KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The kitchen is completely furnished with coffee pot, utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, USB charging ports in the wall outlets, and a washer and dryer. We also provide spices and seasonings, salt, pepper, coffee and tea bags. The counter bar offers seating for 2. The dining table seats 4.

Towels, linens, hair dryers, and supplies such as washing detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. We do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner or bath soap.

* 20FT PATIO: Whether you choose the patio table with very comfortable seating for 6 or the set of wicker type conversational sitting area, the patio is a perfect location to enjoy your coffee, read a book, take a nap, or watch your children play in the yard. The Resort offers charcoal grills on property, with one located to the left of our patio.

Please note, the resort’s pool and hot tub closed for the season on September 19, 2023.

IMPORTANT: Smoking, vaping and pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the condo or on the patio. Our resort does not allow boat or trailer (of any kind) parking. If you would like to bring your boat or a trailer to Branson, please let us know ahead of time and we can provide you recommended storage locations close to the resort.

Resort Amenities include: Outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball goal, children’s playground, and nature trails to Table Rock Lake to fish or swim.

Nearby – within 5 miles: Silver Dollar City, golf course, convenience store, marina for water craft rental, restaurants, horseback riding, and more.

Was a very nice place to stay. The setting was lovely and the condo was great. A lot of thought has been put into making sure you have a great stay. It was firnished not only to look nice but also to be comfortable. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Weekend get away

This condo is excellent for a small family get away. Pool & playgrounds are with a short walk. Conda has all the amenities that you need. Hosts were excellent in communicating everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Stay!

We had a lovely girl's trip! The decor is pretty, lots of comfy seating, and the balcony + view was gorgeous. We saw deer and bunnies every morning with our coffee. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bedding! There were tons of charging spots, soft blankets to snuggle up with on the couch, and we loved how close it was to SDC.

We chose Branson largely because of all the family-friendly things to do while being surrounded by the beauty of the Ozarks. You can spend the day on Table Rock Lake or at Silver Dollar City, shopping at the outlet/boutique stores or playing a round of golf, taking a nature walk by the Lake or zip lining down the hills, riding go-carts or fishing for hours, taking a tour of the Titanic or on the Showboat Branson Belle, attending a concert or comedy show, playing video games at Fun Spot or relaxing on the deck. What makes this property unique

Our condo is located in Eagles Nest Resort at Indian Point, nestled in the beautiful Ozarks on Table Rock Lake. Our condo was completed remodeled, newly furnished and decorated throughout in late 2019. We are only 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 7 miles from the famous 76 Strip, yet you still feel secluded and private at our condo. You can literally sit on the back deck and easily forget there are many of other families in Branson at that very moment.

Our condo provides all the comforts of home including: USB charging ports in wall outlet, Wi-Fi, cable TV, flat screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen with the coffee provided, and a washer & dryer. Towels, linens, hair dryers, and detergent are provided.

Our 20ft deck, which can be accessed from the family room and master suite, provides a great place to relax, play games or sit and laugh with family and friends. We are a bottom unit and there is plenty of room for the children to hang-out inside, on the deck or in the large yard area just off our deck.
