The pictures are very accurate and the location is great. The cabin is located in the quiet back section of the country club and is surrounded by plenty of tall pines. The owner is really great to work and I highly recommend this rental.

Thank you so much for your kind comments. It was my pleasure to have you and your guests. We hope to have you any time soon again.
What a perfect little place for the family! My wife and I took our two kids up for trip around New Years and we had such a great time. Lots of snow for sledding, snow angels and snowmen....kids loved it. This place had everything we could ask for. Very clean and the owners were very helpful with any questions. Would recommend that anyone looking for a great place at a great price to choose this getaway.

Pictures don’t tell the story
The back yard, fenced area is not as pictured. The seats are broken and tied together, not safe to sit in or in anyway comfortable. The fence is in need of serious repair. Upon checking in and entering the home be prepared if you have sensitivity to perfumes or scented laundry soaps. We had to open the windows, strip the master bed and wash all the linens and towels before they could be used. The comforter on the master bed smelt so bad that we had to remove it and use two twin comforters from the Childrens room. The master shower has a broken shower head, hand held that just hangs against the wall. Norma was responsive to text but told us that paper towels are not included in her rental, when clearly on her ad it says (under living spaces includes) paper towels. Was actually rude when we asked if there were paper towels somewhere. The master bed is one of the worst I have ever slept in very hard. The knives, sharp, wouldn’t even cut a heirloom tomato, we ended up buying our own. But there were some positives, the front porch is great for sitting out on and the neighborhood is awesome, quiet and great for walking. The home has comfortable couch. And the neighbors are very nice. I personally would not rent this home again and will look at others in the area. We travel to this area at least once a month for a 4 day weekend.

We had a great time at this perfect cabin. It was just we needed for a quick weekend away for the 2 of us. The house was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Norma and Eric were great hosts and quick to respond to our questions. The location is exactly what we wanted. Very quiet and beautiful. We would stay here again and next time, bring some friends.
Frank was a great guest. He followed the house rules and left the place clean. Communication was clear, quick and friendly. We highly recommend him to other hosts we hope to see him again.
Very much enjoyed the location, AMAZINGLY quiet. The neighborhood is good for walking, and there is Nat’l Forest access just around the block. The fireplace is great, has good draw and makes for perfect cozy fires. Definitely worth bringing your own firewood.
A couple of things that really need attention are how the door that leads to the backyard is blocked from opening fully by a shelf. This leaves only about 10” to squeeze through between the stairs and the door and is a pain to repeatedly have to navigate to go from inside to the backyard. Also, the dilapidated chairs around the firepit really need to be retired to the dump. The assortment of kitchenwares was either lacking or in poor condition for even the simple meals we do while on vacation (like spaghetti, frozen pizza, wine).
As long as expectations are accurately set, this is a nice enough rental, and it seemed perfectly clean. The peaceful location is its strongest attribute in my opinion.
Very clean, comfortable and dog-friendly, the house is located on the edge of town, close to easy walking trails. The securely fenced backyard is another plus for dog owners, and the front porch is a pleasant sitting area for morning coffee .
Norma was very responsive. The location was great and we loved that the house was tucked away in the neighborhood. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves.
The house is pet friendly and we were able to bring both of our dogs.
A cozy place for a small family.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Norma’s cabin. The location was perfect and we took many long walks in the neighborhood. The accommodations were exactly what we were expecting. We’re already planning our next visit.
Perfect cozy place to stay while snowboarding up at Sunrise.

We appreciate Emily and her family for being very considerate. She followed our house checklist to the tee and left the place in a very orderly way. Her communication was awesome. Thank you Emily we hope to see you again!
This is a great cozy little place!
Comfortable living room and nice sized kitchen! Fast internet for streaming or if you have kids that will be online alot. Easy check in and check out.
If I had to say anything negative, it's the bed situation. Should really be a queen in the 2nd bedroom instead of 3 singles (or at least that option. In the listing). Also, the beds are not super comfortable. About on par with typical cheap hotel. Not horrible, but not the best either. Honestly, other than the bed and the difficulty getting to the backyard, this place is AWESOME!!
